The quality of these controllers is terrible. It started with one of the paddles making a much louder noice when depressed to then find that it was cracked all around the screws. Scuf very nicely sent me replacement parts and I was all happy again. Next was the thumb sticks, whatever material they use is shocking it didnt take long for the to deform and feel very squishy. Again I got in contact and they replaced the sticks. So after a very rocky start with my scuf controller Ive been very happy with it. That was until one of the paddles stopped working properly, only intermittently. As Im sure you all realise this is what we paid good money for for this controller. So to my disappointment the controller only has a 90 day warranty, what a joke, this controller isnt even 1 year old and its base function has stopped working. The price to have it shipped off from Australia and to then get it fixed Id be wiser to just get a new one in my opinion, which Im not. I hope this review helps others but more so it leads to Scuf changing policy or better yet making a higher standard of product.

Bought my 2nd controller. Got my first one 14 months ago. Its still in mint condition and works the same as the day i pulled it out of the box. I just wanted a new Infinity Scuf one. These controllers are worth every penny and are made to last of you take care of them. Recommended... Highly! And they always manage to get it shipped sooner than expected!

I bought a Scuf controller for my husbands birthday. The website was clear and walked me through all the customization options which was very comforting since Im not a gamer. The controller arrived quicker than expected and is absolutely beautiful! He said it was the best gift I ever gave him!

Terrible customer service. Avoid issues you have. Marked their controller as an Xbox elite controller... however after receiving my controller. Discovered the "elite" part of it was just the color. Not the actual elite controller. Not worth the extra money. Stick with Microsoft directly.

First, the controller... the Impact custom controller is incredible! The build quality, feel and weight, etc are perfect and greatly improved my game play. And the customer service is top notch. The best Ive experienced! If youre serious about playing ... BUY SCUFF TODAY!!

I sent my controller in to be SCUFd for an Infinity1. They received it on the 10th on a Wednesday and they finished and shipped it out to me on the 15th on a Monday. Not even a full 4 Buisness days. Customer service was great and they did their job fast as hell.

Shipping took forever. Controller messed up the first week of playing, had to send back for repair, which took another 3 1/2 weeks to receive, then they sent me the wrong controller!

My scuff controller is amazing except for the paddles snap easily. Its the most frustrating thing when you love gaming. Its a perfect concept made poorly.
