Cant say how they treat women (although they helped a young woman while I was there), but they certainly helped me. Made sure I got all the right discounts and all and were attentive. They are what I expect when going to a Napa store though. They deal with customers who know what they need and dont give you a lot of b/s about what you should be doing and how they think you should do the job. Seems certain other auto parts stores are starting to do that. Trying to tell me all I "should"be doing and buying for my oil change our brake job. Give me what I asked for and stop trying to sell me a bunch of junk I dont need. Thats why I like napa, great parts and no nonsense.

Dont go in here if you are a woman. I was waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes while the two men working there took phone calls, looked up parts, and totally ignored me. I was the only one in the store, and virtually 5 feet away from them across the counter. They didnt even acknowledge me, and I I finally just walked out. A cranky old man, and a long hair. Thumbs down!

Giving 1 star because there is no zero star rating! The people there are so rude and all of their shelves are half stocked. Today I was charged twice for a single purchase and when I went back in to dispute it I was told it was my banks fault. Yeah right! I dont care if I have to walk to Wal-Mart, I will never step foot back in this store again.

Best place I have been ever. They know their stuff and are very helpful for me or my wife. The person leaving the angry comments is an ex employees "mommy." The store is clean and organized. Things are easy to find and if they do not have they can get it for me. Yes it is hard to find.
