my son is in the military his car has been parked since sept. My youngest tried to start it the other day dead battery and a bad terminal. Took battery in for charge and new terminals.When I took it in there was no visible leaking. When I picked up the lady noticed leaking . I told her I didnt think it was leaking .Long story short no fighting no 110? no issues MGR gave my son a brand new battery for his car . Customer service at its best if I need a part and they have it they will get my business.

As a DIYer this is my go to store for auto parts. Shopping around for price, youll come right back to AutoZone. Friendly, knowledgeable staff are there to assist with any automotive issue. Tool loan program has enabled me to make repairs without having the additional expense for specialty tools. Free testing services are great when trying to troubleshoot on a budget. Even installed a new battery for me on the spot. Thanks guys and gals for your excellent service!

I go here all the time, they normally have what you need in stock, and if you have to order a part you will usually have it the next business day. The people are very friendly, they have a mom and pop part store kinda vibe wich is great there not all stail sounding when you walk threw the door they actually sound happy that you have came in. Not like most big chains that act like your bothering or interrupting them so you will feel welcomed here.
