Incredible customer service! Of the many times Ive been to this location they have provided me with great experiences! A memory I will likely never forget... it was late in the winter of 2015, my battery died, I jump started it twice that day and knew if I turned my car off it wasnt going to start again. It was a wintery mix of freezing cold temperatures with rain and snow flurries. I went to a local competitor, lets just say there was nothing "advanced" about them, ;) but because they were closer I thought it wouldnt be a big deal. I was refused an install of the battery and the young guy said he wont do it in the freezing rain... so I immediately drove to this AutoZone thinking surely someone there can help me and sure enough an impressive young lady answered me and said yes she will absolutely install this car battery for me. Her willingness to install a battery in the freezing cold, numbing fingertips, in the dark while its raining and snowing out will influence me in coming back to this specific location! I will drive the extra distance to go here for all of my "non-OEM" car parts!!! Customer service is ALWAYS the difference maker!!!

They have a wide selection of stuff, but the staff is always different, and no one ever knows anything. I once was put on hold for a part I needed for my civic for about 45 minutes before I ended up driving to the store because I heard them giggling in the background, after being told that the elan looking up the party couldnt find it. When I get there, theyre all just leaning against things, so I tell them Im on hold, and they look baffled. Turns out the reason she couldnt find the part was because she was looking for accord parts. There is no excuse for the sheer lack of knowledge and regards to customers at this store.

I had an exceptional experience with an employee that responded to predicament I had with a flat tire. Julie Weisner offered help to determine if the tire could be plugged or not with one of the repair kits. Once we saw that the tire was too damaged to repair and that I was not really dressed for tire changing, Julie worked to change out the bad tire with the spare. What was a predicament became an enormous blessing 30 minutes later. Her military experience and her character make her a great asset to your company.

Dont go here if you own a Honda. Theres a guy there that basically told me that they are meant to just remain stock. Not very helpful with finding what I needed and told me to just leave it alone or sell it. Wow, I am still blown away thinking about it. I guess hes one of those straight liners. I am guessing hes probably mad at Hondas cause he cant fit in one. Dont know if this guy is still there because this was over 6 months ago, but I will definitely will not be going back.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and they stock way more than other parts stores. I was a long time customer of another parts store that starts with an "A" down the road. After getting fed up with their lack of knowledge on just about everything, I decided to give the AutoZone on 92 a try. Even though it is just a parts store, I was genuinely impressed. If I need anything car related I will be going to this AutoZone location.

The service provided by the female manager I am not good with remembering names and the young man there Jorge (?) still has me bragging on them to everyone. They were very attentive even though they were busy and I didnt feel rushed when being helped or ignored while waiting.

Playing very explicit music on the shops sound system. Not a good image. Employees very helpful and friendly otherwise. The employee helping me with my battery was great. Had a lot of really nice things to say about their Mexican customers.

This is the best auto zone I have ever visited. They have a very knowledgeable staff who knows what they are talking about and can get you the best price and back on the road quickly. I highly recommend.

Staff are terrible. You will wait in line for 15 minutes only to have the cashier tell you to go to the back of another line because theyre going to lunch. A-holes. AutoZone is great, but not this one.
