Chris is a POS! He should be ashamed to have a nasty attitude and doesnt believ that HIS company gave me a refurbished alternator! (Yes Chris.. your company does sell refurbished alternator that arent store brands!!!) and guess what A-hole.. I got my alternator replaced!!!! Dont go there... drive the extra few miles for better costumer service... or do like me... dont go to any advanced auto parts anymore.. that was my last business with that company!!

I Bought a battery .$162.00. Did not use the battery in any way. Did not try to put in. Took it back but they cant accept returns. $23.00 for the core because the return policy is written on the receipt. I had the option of lying about it being the wrong battery but did not take it. The one star is only there so I could post this.

Sale associates were rude and not very helpful at all. They told us they dont loan tools even though it says in huge words on the front of the building that they loan free tools. We were in the parking lot so we wouldnt be going far. Ill take my business5 minutes down the road to AutoZone from now on.

I used to live by this place and in the past theyve given me good information, so I went back today even though theres a few places closer to my house. I had to get my battery replaced and Greg was incredibly helpful, more so than he had to be. I feel better about my car now.

Bought a radiator and the first one I ordered had a leak in it and lost about 3 gallons of coolant. Andrew the manager exchanged my radiator and replaced my coolant without any hassle at all. Definitely a place I will recommend to shop at for your parts.

They sell junk. I bought a alternator from them and have to keep switching it out every couple months. Beware if you buy remanufactured auto parts here...
