I walked in. No one behind the counter. You could here someone in the kitchen. Finally someone emerged from the restroom. A customer had already been waiting when I walked in. When he got to me, I told him I wanted a butter pecan in a waffle cone. He fixed the ice cream out it in a cup. When I said i wanted a cone, he was like oh I forgot. Really!!! It took you less than a minute to mix the ice cream and you forgot. Service like that will continue to lose you customers! Lost one today! Not cool!!!!

Being new we were looking for a good ice cream joint. My son and I ordered identical sundaes. Needless to say they came out with one being half the size of the other.. I told the very rude girl that there was something wrong. She continued to ring up full price. They are very rude here and dont care about the customer. I will never return to this place. Thank you

I went to the store at 12:30 pm. When i got there it said it was closed and they would be back at 11:30 am. So i knocked because i saw an employee in there but i was ignored. They will not be getting my business inside there anytime soon. No matter how good their ice cream is.

Delicious "ice cream?" I dont know what its made of...kind of runny and melty. Melts in a few minutes. Kind of weird. Not the best, but its better than no ice cream! Their competition Yogli Mogli is right on the other side of the theatre. Its always a toss up!
