I called the Emory location to ask a question and was shocked when I heard the girl put the phone down (I thought she was relaying the question to a manager) and, for a minute or so, was able to hear her tell a coworker how stupid the question was among other things. This is pathetic. Its a shame that someone would "hang up" instead of being blunt and answering the question.

The shaved ice is excellent, but its RIDICULOUS how long it takes to get your order. There is no reason you should only have one employee working at a time. I was here (2nd person in line) for over 30 minutes for a TO GO order. 6 people walked out without ordering because the wait was so long. Youre losing money and losing business. Have at least 2 people working.

Ive been going to the location in Duluth for years. This location looked a little...underfunded? The one person there never acknowledged my friend and I, the place was unorganized, and we didnt feel invited at all. We left after a few minutes. Ill continue going to the location in Duluth. This one? Highly doubt it.

I still havent quite figure out why Atlanta has so many boba shops, but Im not mad about that :) Suno is great since its close to Emory, but if youre willing to go to Buford hwy where the competition is intense, you get much better boba experience imo. Suno is not on my top 5 tea shop places in Atlanta.

Omg best place in town these people know Taro, which is hard to find anywhere in Atlanta. Best prices I have ever seen on yogurt, bubble tea, and other desserts. This is literally the only time Ive felt compelled to write a review, please try them out!

Really like this place but please have at least two peopl working at a time. Ive seen many people walk out because it takes forever if there are more than a couple of people in line. Its not fair to your employees either.

It was ok, they offer an Emory student discount so I asked if a combat veteran can have one and was told we already get a day for discounts and thats enough. That made me a little agitated.
