Yesterday me and my wife stopped by after work about 330. We ordered two route 44 Rasberry sweet teas, order of mozzarella sticks and order of cheddar peppers. After getting our order, I took a bit from one of my cheddar peppers and burnt my lips. The dang thing was cool on the outside but was 200 degrees on the inside. This morning I have a third degree burn on my upper lip. I just want to let yall know you may want to check the inside temp on the fried stuff yall send out. This could of been a young child who got burnt and cause serious damage. Luckily I was able to spit most of it out. I had to wait ten miles before I could eat another one.

Food is always hot, fresh, and comes out quickly. Most of the staff is friendly. They have messed up a few orders before but have always made it right as long as you check the bag before the car hop leaves. If you get an ice cream blast and ask for extra anything (topping, whipped cream, stuff mixed in) they will charge you for the extra but they never give it to you. But this seems to be a problem at all Sonic drive-ins. The card reader also never work, a good half are broken from I assume damage thanks to car doors knocking them and such. Not really a big deal but if they dont plan on ever fixing them then they should just remove them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I live in the Wiregrass area and this was the first time I visited this particular location, and I will never go again. First, they took 30 minutes to get our order of 3 meals out. Second, our order was completely wrong. But the icing on the cake was when I pressed the button to tell the person taking orders that we didnt get what we ordered, she flat out ignored me! We waited an additional 20 minutes thinking someone was coming with our corrected order, no one ever came. Worst service ever!

Rude person who takes orders.....had to repeat my order 3 times! Then wouldnt let me finish ordering before stopping me to tell me the total....really! No thanks I will take my order elsewhere! It sucks to because this location has pretty good food. Hire better people.

I pulled into Sonic craving an Iced Coffee. To my dismay there were none on the menu. The sweet girl on the intercom said that she could make me one anyway. Well did she ever!! It was the best iced coffee I have had in a long time. Thank you Victoria!

Its one thing we your order is completely wrong when you wait just minutes, but when you wait 25 minutes for 3 milkshakes and they are all wrong that is a serious problem.
