Girl taking orders intentionally trolled multiple customers. With us she kept screwing up the mozzarella cheese sticks, removing the orders and getting the wrong milkshakes. Also half the milkshakes we ordered didnt come out, we had to ask for the rest. How we knew they were trolling was when they kept messing up our order and when I passed the window the girl taking orders was laughing her ass off. Confirmation was when an older fellow walked up to the door after being trolled aswell, explained what happened when I asked stating "the girl taking orders would say "Oreo shake? Oreo shake?" when she knew I was saying "strawberry banana shake", " when I looked through the window I saw her laughing". July 20th, 2017, late shift. The manager eventually came out and fixed the issue with the older fellow, bringing his strawberry banana shake and briefly explained something. Hopefully the manager there can fix that little problem, then maybe the next time I visit I wont get trolled. Redeem yourself, Sonic, please.

This is quite possibly the worst sonic in america. I have been here a number of times in the 3 years Ive lived here and never waited less than 20 minutes to get food or even place an order. Why do I keep coming back? In hopes that the problems have been fixed. The manager or corporate need to do some serious leadership training and efficiency training here. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I have left a number of times after ordering without food because it takes so long. Even if it is "fresh" food there is no way on earth it takes as long as this place does. The manager has clearly checked out of this place and does not adequately train staff. This general manager should be replaced it starts at the top.

I used to love Sonic as a kid and I want to still, so bad! Maybe Im just holding on to the nastalgic memory? I ordered my food, very clearly, and it was mostly wrong. I had a free small shake coupon, I ordered a #4 with no veggies, as well as a slushie with nerds. I got a Medium, not free shake, and a #4 with everything on it, as well as a slushie with no nerds. I only complained about the sandwich, and when it was "fixed", it had burnt, crumbled pieces of bacon all over it instead of normal cooked bacon in slices. Ive had this sandwich before and know the expectations for it. Im disappointed.

Where do I begin with this place. Whenever I purchase a shake it takes 20-30 minutes, and it is not even busy. Shakes are never fully mixed either, and ordering food is also a nightmare. Food orders are consistently messed up, and sometimes cold. The business hours are very inconsistent you honestly never know if there are open are not, especially at night. Staff is fine for the most part havent had many issues with them. I would like to go to this location again, but I just concerned that Ill waste 30 min of my life. My advice Go to Dairy Queen down the street.

The food is surprisingly good and the employees are really nice. The only problem is the service is insanely slow. I work at the Renaissance Fun Park across the street and sometimes go there on break (30 mins). All I order is a small milkshake and from the time I press the red button to order to when I get my milkshake is about 20 minutes. So I clock out and walk there, that gives me 28 minutes left, then I walk back with my shake, down to 8 minutes to down a milkshake bc of their horrible service

Id love to review but after waiting 7 minutes to have my order take , I gave up. I shouldnt be surprised at this, many other reviews also speak of very slow service. Thanks to Chick-fil-A across the street for cooking me a hot drag breakfast and having me in and out in 5 minutes. And that was as a walk-in, , not the drive-thru. Whomever owns this specific franchise should take not that consumers are a patient group, but not forever. Would leave 0 stars if it were possible.

The burger deserves three stars. The rest of the meal deserves 1.5. I see their promotions all over TV. When I get there, none of them are advertised on the screen. The full price options are all plainly visible. I order the mega double bacon cheeseburger (or whatever it is called). It was good. The "go large" tots were a joke - for an extra 99 cents. There were ten or eleven in the carton, and they were cold. Nine bucks. Dont expect another nine in the near future.

Arrived 15 min before closing on a Saturday night, pushed the button and waited 5 minutes. Pressed the button again. Nothing. Then they shut all the lights off. Then I pressed the button again and they finally came on the speaker to say "Sorry, were closed." I answered "Ive been sitting here forever and you werent closed when I got here!" No answer! Who operates like that? Cant tell you if Sonic food is good, but I highly recommend Dairy Queen on a Saturday night!

This place is so pathetic...out of ICE CREAM 2 to 3 times a week and I just pulled in there on my lunch break, pushed the button and sat there. After 20 mins of not even a word uttered from the box I pressed the button 10 more times for the next 10 minutes. There were only 3 cars in the lot at the time and I never saw an employee come out of the building for the entire 30 mins. WTF!? IM SO PISSED. YEAH YOU DOUCHES REALLY DESERVE $15 AN HOUR!! HA!

Twice Ive been to this location, and twice Ive been disappointed. The first time I went, it was a long wait, even though my order was small and not too many other people were there. The second time I went, the chicken meat was dry and stringy, and my mozzarella sticks had all of their cheese cooked out of them. There are plenty of other locations to eat near here, so go to one of those instead of this place.

What a trip to Sonic tonight. Pulled into the lot and immediately saw an employee yelling at what looked to be her daughter. After pushing the red button and it timing out and resetting twice. I had to call the store from my vehicle to find out only one employee was working. No wonder this chain is finding it hard to keep its doors open. Shame I really like thier slushes.

Passed this store with a sign of NEW MANAGEMENT and it was the BEST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER. I have been to multiple sonics and this one has to be the best. I found out that they ACCEPT TIPS so tip away!!! Fast service and positive vibes!!!! Definitely has turned around give them another try you wont regret it!!!

Was absolutely no reason why it took 25 minutes to get our food . Then when we get our food the tots were cold the chili was cold and my burger was nothing but burnt burger and lettuce this place needs to be shut down and reevaluated to even be a place of business. It was the worst food we have ever eaten

Its a shame I even have to give this place one star. The service is horrible. It took well over 10 minutes for someone to answer the call button to take my order and when they did there wasnt even an apology. This is par for the course at this location. The employees are condescending and completely DGAF.
