This was our first visit at the creamery today. And their cupcakes and ice cream (didnt get a chance to try their cakes) are absolutely delicious. But their customer care is awful. The lady over the counter was way too busy on her phone while helping us (which is very unprofessional and rude). At times, she didnt seem very interested in her job, she wasnt very welcoming and/or helpful once we entered the store. So with that, if customer service is very important to you. I would definitely stay away from this establishment. Good luck!

Just left the Smyrna location. The girl there tonight was less than pleasant! Im tired of bad customer service. Especially in good places. When you go to Cami Cakes, you are Happy because you know your getting something yummy. The employees need to understand this. I went to finally try the bundt cake and I also bought a slice of key lime. Other than the customer service, the cakes were yummy. Is a shame!

My son loves this place but I cant consciously take him there knowing that I see fruit flies flying on their cupcakes in the display every time I go and can only imagine how many are flying around in the back .. fresh paint can go a long way as far as appearance and cleaning the furniture will help ...

Fruit flies were in the ice cream and it smells AWFUL in there. I asked the young lady what the smell was she had no ideal, I felt sorry for her working for people whe do not care about their customers. We pay your bills.

After a 30 min drive....we get there and theyre out of the cakes for the fluffy....wtf.... HOW????? This is the 2nd time this has happened... Im so over it...guess we have to call before we travel out there....smh

Been here twice, service is so slow I have walked or twice after after waiting 10 min with less than 5 people in front of me. Thus never even getting a cupcake. Wont be back.

Ive tried these a couple of times now and I love them! They never disappoint. Try the red velvet and the strawberry cheesecake. Delicious!
