Always been a big fan of this place, it HAD good employees, in the past but wow... The employee, didnt listen as my wife explained she didnt want the melted syrup in the bottom of the container as they almost licked it clean. Then when the manager was asked, she spider monkeyed my wife right from the start and took absolutely no responsibility for the lack of "customer first" attitude. In fact quite the opposite. Totally un-professional, and un-called for. Got heated to the point which I had to explain to her, the sunday night manager, I didnt want her speaking to my wife that way or should she to any customers. Too bad for them, we will be hitting the ice cream shoppe across the street with my $ every week now.

The ice cream is delicious, my son loves it, and I began liking it, however, I am a huge proponent of good customer service,other shops in this strip plaza exude good customer service like Smoothie Joes that is phenominal in customer service, I cant say this for all, but some might want to try smiling or exhibiting kindness to their customers. The owner might try sending some test customers to gain a better view into the attitude of the staff At the end of the day its important to show appreciation of customers but the lack of kindness really hurts my desire to return might swap for a smoothie next time .

I went in today to get ice cream as I get with my family every week at the Chapel Hill Cold Stone creamery. A woman named Hannah working there was racist and started making horrible faces with attitude right after she saw our faces. She was throwing things away and smashing things loudly as she made ice cream and she yelled "yes" every time my mom asked for anything. I dont think I ever want to go back to an environment like that. Horrible service. Youd think people would hire some professionals and kind people, but no.

My babies had fun. Kept saying "Wow!" Lol; I accidentally dropped one of our scoops on the floor, they gave me another free of charge. Presentation was cool, but honestly I like Brusters better (as far as the actual taste of the ice cream). The kids didnt even finish theirs, despite being "wowed" by the atmosphere, so Im assuming they would agree w/me when I say Brusters tastes better. The place is still fun, however.

Customer service could have been better. There wasnt a big crowd when we entered the store around 6:30 on a sunday evening. We were rushed to order, and rushed to check out. The only smile we recieved was from the young lady that checked us out. The other two young ladies acted as though taking and making our order was a bother to them.

The icecream was just fine but the customer service was just horrible. I walked in and I didnt see anyone for a minute. When they finally saw a person in the front they came out. No smiling or welcome. I am so upset because I work in customer service myself and this was unacceptable.

Teenagers and young adults running the shop with bad attitudes..its not even summer yet, if you cant handle the orders with a smile and positive attitude then find another job! Not only did I get melted ice cream but some of my toppings were not included but was charged for it

The icecream varies each time you go, but the best flavors are always in short supply because they are made in limited amounts on site. Service is good, and its a nice place to wrap up a date or get together with friends. And if you tip them they sing!!!

I went to douglasville coldstone couple minutes before they close but still they served with smile on face . Ice cream was amazing. Overall awesome customer service ever and great ice cream !

The bathroom was dirty with no toilet paper. The mens bathroom was out of order. The tables werent wiped down. But I loved my ice cream and THATS what I went there for.
