Reply to Wang Lao- They should have called to verify instead of hear say. He accepts firearm sales from private individuals, unlike some gun shops. Gunbroker lists fees as $25/ Personally called and he said $25. Most of his used firearms seem to be retail prices. He also does not take well to negotiation. He is more of a take it or leave it guy. He goes by Magnum1 on Gunbroker. He has more items for sale than whats shown in the store front. So just ask and he will tell you what might fit your bill. His online deals are better, you just have to know about it. I feel like most of his items are over priced. I have purchased one firearm from him, because it was rare! Alot of people in this area charge $25 for FFL transfers. The reason I choose to give him my business is because, He is Always there. You deal with one man and he isnt hiding like a employee at Walmart when you need help. Its a small shop and transactions are usually fast. I also like to support small businesses. Chris if you are reading this, I know as a business you need to make a profit but consider working with the customers a touch. Smaller profit on more items or larger profit on less sales? If you lowered your FFL rates just by $5 im sure you would get more people walking into your doors. Id continue to give you my business of FFL transfers due to convenient geographic location but I probably wont buy a gun from your collection unless its another rare item or prices are a bit more fair.

Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with any question I had. very professional and courteous to everything he did for me. I plan on doing more business with them in the near future. I see people dont like the $25 transfer fee, honestly thats a deal from where I came from, up north you would be lucky to find friendly people with a $40 fee. many gun stores in Connecticut exceeded 50 and they were like "if you dont like it theres the door" and they hardly helped you... so all in all these guys are good at what they do and very fair at negotiating prices if youre courteous yourself. so far they get an A++ in my log.

From past experience, most people that go into a pawn shop are looking for a deal and want to "kick tires". This means they just want to look around until they feel like the salesperson wants them to buy it and offer them a high pressured sales pitch. This pawn shop is not that way. If you are interested in an item, they are more than willing to let you handle the items and help you out on a price. Anytime I have ever been in there they have been nice and fun to deal with. Make sure to keep an open mind and remember you are not walking into a department store.

Im looking to buy a .22 and I go into this Pawn shop cause its right next to my school. Two guys work in there and they never ask me if I need help. Never. Ive gone in there like twice. Im like a ghost in there. Bad service. Most of the products are OKAY. Guns are good but like I said BAD SERVICE. Nothing really intresting. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Awesome service, the man that runs this pawn shop is very understanding to his customer needs. He has great memorabilia and nice selection of firearms. I have just retired out of the military and I have received satisfactory customer service the first time I visited the place. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Chris and Dennis go beyond helpful when you need anything, especially if you need to have a firearm shipped.....by far the cheapest in town, and with great service. Theyve received multiple weapons for me (.380 LCP, 9mm SD SubCompact, a couple AKs and multiple M4s). Id HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Awesome, I usually get the deal I want before entering the store. If I need a $60 loan, 99.9% the employees will give me $65. Great service.
