My experience with Title Tree here in Lilburn, GA has been one of the best yet! The manager Melissa Jones and assistant manager Frances Brunson are very professional and very supportive. Melissa helped to get my interest rate from 12.5% to 7% and saved me tons of interest money! I have been more than pleased to have a loan with this Title Tree. I will be honest, I do need to get it paid off, have paid too much interest over time. I would highly recommend Title Tree, especially this location, to anyone needing a title loan!!! The welcoming feeling that was giving once I called was my first experience to knowing that this company didnt only care about loans but being able to help people. Chandra Moffett went beyond assisting me knowing the office closes at 6pm she waited for me till I got off of work which took me a 1hour to get to her. Looking at 7pm Ms. Moffet was still Professional, energy still high , and still negotiable as if she just walked in and jus start her day. This is one of the best experiences Ive had with any Title loan business. Both Melissa and Frances are very warm and supportive. As many people know, it can be very awkward going into a business when one gets into a bind but these ladies are very personable and professional, and they will help you. Im still paying, but I dont mind paying them. I wanted to let people know that the Lilburn title tree is a great place to do business!! Oh and did I mention, they will buy your title loan, reduce your payments, and pay you too. You cant beat that!!

My husband called about 2 days prior to our visit to the Lilburn Office. He spoke wit Max the branch manager. He was very helpful and informative during the phone call convo. When we went into the office Maxs attitude and personality was the same. He was very friendly and cheerful and eager to help. He answered all my questions, and made me comfortable with my decision. During the signing of the contract Frances Maxs co-worker walked in from lunch I assume, she was very polite and friendly. THIS BRANCH ROCKS!!!!

I went to Title Tree Title Pawn to get some help. The ladies, Francis and Melissa were very helpful. They were pleasant,easy going, and very accomodating. They made sure I knew what my options were, the options for repaying the loan, and any other questions I had. I really like how they give a reminder call as your payment date gets closer. That is great so there is no reason to forget to pay the bill. I would send my family and friends to them because they make borrowing money very easy.

Chandra is an angel is disguise. She will bend over backwards to make sure she takes care of you. Ive dealt with title loan places before, and theyve always been pushy and make you feel uneasy. I tried Insta-loan and was not satisfied with all the fees and they also do credit checks.
