The women were very helpful, however, when attempting to purchase a $3 tube of concealer, I was told as "store policy" that I was unable to use my debit/credit care unless the purchase was $5 or more. I am very displeased with this gesture and I feel as if it is an inconvenience to customers and I will NOT be back!

I went in to exchange a hair straightener after receiving very little help from the women at the Cartersville location. The young women at the store were very helpful and friendly, eager to answer my questions to the best of their abilities. I will definitely go to this location again!

Even with receipt i had to supply my name and phone number for a refund. I had paid cash too. So what the hell is that about? What a ridiculous policy and a huge disincentive to shopping here.
