I will never shop at this store again! They have a lot of great products but the people are very rude and disrespectful. I couldnt find something I had been looking for, for 15 minutes. I asked the lady there to show me where it was 3 times. She continued to say it is over there, easy to find. I finally told her that if she was not willing to show me where it was, I would put my other items back and go somewhere else to buy them. She finally got up and showed me. There were no customers, she wasnt busy, she was just lazy and didnt want to help me. I would rather go somewhere else and pay more for something than deal with that!! Worst customer service ever!!

If I could put a zero I would. The indidvidual behind the counter is extremely RUDE AND RACIST! They sold me a bottle of hair glue that was completely dried up inside when I opened it..I returned with a receipt and told " you people always do this". Not sure which people he is referring to..but this person does nlt specialize is foolery... This was the 2nd and last time experiencing this ignorant, lack of customer service, racist establishment!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM..THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR BUSINESSS!

Been going here for 8 years and almost always has what Im looking for. There seems to have been a staff turnover or new ownership in the last few years and the the new people arent as helpful or as welcoming as the former staff. Prices are pretty good , just wish they were open on Sundays and a little friendlier. :)

Closed 20min before Closing time which is 8pm! And still had the OPEN sign on ! When I walked up to the door thinking that they were still open the door was locked and the one of the employees said they are closed . Smh very unprofessional. At least turn the open sign off so people would know

First and last time there, product selection superb. Customer service -10. Guy behind counter on phone the whole time. Didnt even stop conversation when asked a question by 3 customers including myself. Very unimpressed.
