Really old building, good selection. But the deal breaker is the RESTROOM. It needs repaired but that is not the problem. The problem is that it is "co-ed" and the door is jammed open wide. I HAD to go to the RESTROOM and I could hear children and LITTLE GIRLS just outside of the door and I was PETRIFIED a unsupervised little girl might wander into the bathroom. I was disgusted. I might stop again but you can be dang sure Im NOT utilizing the restroom. Just AWFUL and NOT protecting the little ones. Thank you for bowing to special intrest leftist pressure.

Went in Sunday the store was extremely hot and smelled like mold. The place was packed and there was only one cashier I really felt sorry for her even if she was rude because she had a line all the way to the back of the store. There were kids running around everywhere unattended with runny noses coughing their heads off then wiping their hands on the clothes. This place used to be great but dont think I will go back. I have never given a bad review on anything but they need to know so they can work out their problems

I actually had a great experience here. Everything is organised by catagory and colour, and they even have a plus size section. The shoe areas are a bit chaotic, but that is from consumers grabbing, looking and throwing them anywhere. The staff wasnt rude to me, so I didnt experience any unpleasantries there. The prices are really low and I loved everything that I got. Thank you, kind patrons, for donating nice items to this shop.

Staff are not helpful and border on being rude. The clothes are not placed in the correct location. Over 50% of the items in the plus size area are actually not plus but mediums and large even small stuff is there. They would sell a lot more if this was not the case. Its like every top that is not tight fitted or has a ruffle is put on that rack. Some of us like to not lie to ourselves and wear clothes that actually fit.

There over all customer service puts me in a depressing mood when I entered the store they are very unpleasant ..rude..an seem to have no knowledge about the company they are working for an what there job is several times I ask a question an received a blank an confused response. But dose have a good variety of clothing.

My favorite Gainesville thrift store. Its dirty and crowded but every visit is a treasure hunt. The selection is great if you have the patience to dig, and the prices cant be beat, especially if you sign up for their text coupons.

Management lets people that doesnt work there help unload buggies and one certain woman with a cane tried to snatch stuff away we already had hands on . She is a bully and they always allow her to do anything. So sick of it!

Great prices on nice clothes for everyone!!! Can be crowded and warm/cool. Mondays are 1/2 off everything with a texted coupon. Love shopping here. :)
