After several attempts at ordering fresh flowers from this florist I am sad to report that not once out of numerous attempts did I ever receive the flowers I had purchased nor did they ever last very long. Several flowers actually died before the end of the day! After confronting the owner about this issue, I was quickly turned away and told to my face that I was no longer welcome to purchase from his store again. What complete ridiculousness! Not only did you not deliver the flowers I purchased, but you have the audasity to tell me that we cant do business because I cant be satisified? I am the customer, it is your job to satisfy the customer. Without a doubt the worst customer service in the lake area. I will NEVER purchase nor recommend Deer Run again!

Ordered a bouquet of what showed in the picture to be a least a dozen roses and no fewer than 1/2 dozen lilies with a nice arrangement of babys breath...LOL, LOL, LOL!!!! Wife got 3-4 roses and a few lilies with some greenery...unbelievably sad. Emailed with my issues, heard nothing back...WONT be using them any longer after years of buying flowers from them...the last few years, quality has gone downhill and fallen over the cliff...if I could rate less than 1 star, I would.

Wow!!! What a great flower shop, beautiful flowers and fantastic customer service. I dropped in this past weekend before a lawn party at Lake Oconee because I needed some table decorations. The ladies quickly found some cute pots and helped me pull together a quick and fresh floral arrangement. They took time and stayed within my budget and the centerpieces were the hit of our party!!! 100% recommend Deer Run!!! Thank you for being so sweet and hospitable!!

I called to order a flower to be sent for a funeral - the lady that I spoke with was EXTREMELY nice and helpful! DO NOT use Bessies Florist in Eatonton - they were extremely rude when I called. And acted like they did not want my business.
