I ordered an arrangement for a funeral from Design Works Flowers. Due to my emotional state of mind, I accidentally provided my home address rather than the church where they needed to be delivered. The owner called me to confirm the destination, contacted the driver, and then called me back to let me know that she was able to turn the driver around. After the delivery was made, the driver called me to let me know that they were at the church. The arrangement was beautiful. This is a classy business with caring and professional people. They are now the only florist that I will use. I highly recommend them.

The flowers I ordered for my moms gravesite for Mothers Day were beyond gorgeous and the staff (Aubrey, the owner, took my order) could not have been friendlier nor more helpful. They were even thoughtful enough to be open for a couple hours right on Mothers Day so the flowers could be as fresh as possible beforehand. I have used this florist one other time for just picking up a spur-of-the moment ready-made floral arrangement, and those flowers were equally beautiful. Will most definitely use this florist again and again for all my flower needs.

Aubrey is the name of the woman who assisted me in purchasing flowers to be delivered to my wife while she was at work. Aubrey was extremely friendly over the phone, understood my needs and made sure that they were met. I told her I was in a bit of a time crunch and she confidently assured me that I wouldnt have to worry about them getting to the destination on time. Sure enough the flowers arrived well before my wife was to leave work. I will 100% use this company again whenever I need flowers! Thank you Aubrey at Design Works Flowers!!! - Phil

I had a great experience with Design Works! I wanted 5 custom floral arrangements made for the tables at a shower I was hosting at the Royal Park. I was extremely happy with the arrangements and their attention to details. The staff was very helpful. This was my first time using Design Works. I will be working with them again!

Trustworthy Florist! I live in NC and had this florist send flowers to a funeral which I could not attend there in Rochester. Laura was so helpful on the phone. Later, word got back to me by a friend of the family that the flowers sent were just beautiful! You will not be disappointed with this florist!

I cant say enough good things about this company. They were beyond accommodating and attempted to make the delivery for my friend multiple times throughout the course of the day, returning at least 3 times. They kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and truly care about their customers!

I was appalled at their minimum price. I tried to get a single rose deliver less than 5 miles from their location and they tried to charge me $50. One rose. $50. Then she hung up on me while I was expressing my displeasure and I was being respectful the entire time. What terrible customer service.
