I am writing a review because I want to warn other people not to buy flowers from this florist. My in-laws bought an expensive bouquet of flowers, and this company delivered them to my neighbors house. I was not home when the florist delivery person first got to my house, but when I arrived at my home there was an old unmarked car running in my driveway. I then saw someone walking in my neighbors yard. I asked the person if their car was parked in my driveway and she said, "yes, I have a flower delivery for you but I delivered it to your neighbors house because you werent home". Now, we are new to this neighborhood and dont know any of our neighbors except one, and luckily it happened to be the one we knew. I asked the lady why she would have delivered the flowers to a neighbors house, and she said "look I drive a lot and dont have time to come back to see if your home". I thought this was really strange because my family paid a flower delivery charge, to deliver the flowers to me, not my neighbors. So, I called the florist to complain about this because I am not sure why my family paid a delivery charge for my flowers if they werent going to deliver them to me. Plus what if I hadnt liked my neighbor, or my neighbor never gave me the flowers, or whatever. The florist manager got on the phone and said their policy is to deliver the flowers to a house near by if the owner isnt home. I asked to speak with the owner about this policy and she said "the owner doesnt come into the shop, have a nice day" and hung up on me. I couldnt imagine if I would have sent flowers to someone, paid for a delivery charge and then the company never deliver it to the person that I asked it to be delivered too. If I was a lawyer, I would sue them for taking money for a delivery fee and not actually delivering the flowers themselves. Anyways, this place has terrible customer service, and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them!

Worst customer service I have received in a very long time. Our company was on their website today November 14th and tried to order a fruit basket for a family who just had a recently lost their father. They said they dont do fruit gift baskets once we called. On the website it shows a few different ones. I called again to make sure the first co worker heard them right. I asked to speak to the manager. The associate said Cynthia is our Manager and I will see if she is available. Cynthia picked up the phone and just started talking. She didnt say Hello or give any type of greeting it was just "yeah, sorry we dont do fruit baskets" "I will take it off the website" I said Um, Hi told her my name and where I was from and proceeded to express my frustration and how we order from them a lot. Cynthia said "no you dont, not really" I think she chuckled.. I said okay, well we wont for now on, she said "ok, sorry your having a bad day and basically went on a rant then hung up on me" I am just disgusted on how a manager can treat customers. I will never utilize this company again and hopefully whomever reads this thinks twice before ordering. So sad to see a local business with no professionalism or empathy. I live in AZ and my sister is staying in MI. She had surgery and I could not be there during this time. I have never ordered flowers online and was hesitant to do so. I ordered from Olde Towne Florist and must say I am VERY upset. The difference and quality of the Flower was very disapointing. They were NOT what I paid so much money for. I went with the middle size out of the 3 choices. She got less than the smallest size. Not even close to what the picture showed. I had no idea until I asked for my sister to send a picture. How embarrased I was for her to receive such a small bouquet of flowers. I will be contacting the manager first thing Monday December 21, 2015 and ask for a refund. Debbie Swecker from Phoenix AZ

The florist staff was very polite and professional on the phone. The arrangement I selected had 3 levels basic,deluxe or premium. I chose deluxe which cost $45 - thinking the arrangement would be deluxe - which it wasnt. The flowers were beautiful but quite sparse. This bouquet would cost around $16 at Krogers. I asked to include a card - which was handwritten instead of typed. At least the names were spelled correctly, so I give them credit for that. If this business would have created an arrangement which justified the cost and included a type written card, I would rate them 5 stars. I hope this review is helpful to them in improving their business.

AWFUL SERVICE I ordered flowers from her and we planned them to be there on a monday for an event. They didnt just not deliver the flowers but when I called she started laughing at me and hung up on me saying "this is how flower delivery works". I am the calmest person in the world and have never called customer service for anything but this was the most ridiculous experience Ive ever had. Never use this place. Theres others I use in the area that are far better.

Had to order a spray for my mothers casket. I ordered the T242-4A and was thrilled with the results. Much better than what the funeral home offered and much less expensive.(127.00) Love the 15.00 delivery fee(very reasonable) I went in later to choose some additional flowers and the owner was extremely helpful. Found our new family florist.Hopefully no more funerals in our immediate future.

Placed a order Wednesday. Told them it had to be delivered by Friday at 12 to my girlfriend for a birthday. Plenty of time to build and schedule right.....guess not for them. The flowers were never delivered as I called many times. I will never order or do business with these people ever again. My suggestion find another place!!!

Last minute order, worked with me to ensure I was going to receive what I was looking for, and even verified with the funeral home the correct name and service information. I simply could not be more pleased with the professionalism Annette displayed.

This is the best florist I have ever dealt with. Very personalized and prompt service. The delivery driver even took it upon himself to set up the flowers in my elderly grandmothers living room instead of just handing them to her since she is frail. Highly recommend them.

I have been coming to this florist on a weekly basis to purchase flowers for my girlfriend for about a year now. I found the experience to be a friendly atmosphere . They treat you like family. And the prices are very inexpensive.

I have had a beautifully designed bouquet for Easter Sunday and it is still looking great a week later. Im very impressed with the flowers and the service I received. I would recommend to anyone!
