If I could give a zero, I would. I am a painting contractor so end up going to many Sherwin-Williams stores in the Atlanta Metro area - Ive been to over 20 locations. This is by far THE SINGLE SLOWEST store in the area. The Chamblee store on Peachtree is second to worst service. Overall I would give Sherwin-Williams customer service a 3.5 and their paint quality 4.5. I will purposely avoid this store in the future, even if its across the street from a job! There are others close enough that are worth the drive.

Purchased two gallons of paint for a bedroom here. I was not warned that the color would require a primer. When I went to another store in Marietta, I was told that this location should have warned me about the need for a primer. I typically always use the Marietta location because of stuff like this. I only came here because I was in the area and wouldnt make it to my side of town in time before the store closed.
