I dont usually write reviews but I was very disappointed with the customer service here- I am actually surprised to see all these rave reviews. I have never had a sale person argue with me about anything when I went here the young man running the store gave me such a hard time and argued relentlessly about a miscommunication on the size and sheen of paint that I just wanted to walk out. I know Im not a contractor doing a big job and spending big bucks,but I still expect the same common curtesy that I give to you. I will not ever give my business to this store again. Update: I will not remove my review it was honest and I clearly did ask for a quart and the sales person insisted that it was a pint and refused to accept fault for this miscommunication. I have been a customer here for while and the point of the matter is customers should be treated fairly if you want to retain youre business. It is clear to me you are not the manager of your store or you would be more concerned about satisfying your customers. Its not a matter of saving money, its about treating people with respect.

Me, personally owning my own business have to stay that this business is run very professionally and the customer service offered by the store is just "A-1". I came in recently searching for some premium Benjamin Moore paint and the associate/manager, Luis was so helpful and informative. He not only recommended amazing colors he also told me about different variations and qualities of paint. The store also is extremely classy and MODERN inside unlike any other paint store I have ever walked into! They then proceeded to give me an extra discount just to guarantee I would want to come back in the near future. Trust me, I definitely will. Best paint and home design store around! This is by far the best looking paint store in Georgia! Not only is the actual store great so is the staff with 30+ years of experience with paint and home improvements. I cannot stop raving about this NEW store it is amazing just as good if not better than the old store that was previously there. And dont get me started on their decorators... that you will have to step in yourself to see.

Best cotractor focused Benjamin Moore and PPG outlet around! This locally owned business does everything and anything to find and get my hands on products that are best tailored for the job! Did I mention that the staff has previous Sherwin Williams, Porter and Home Depot experience! Could not ask for better service at this location miles better than those corporate conglomerates!

Lynn is the BEST!! Forget Kathleen there is a new Designer in town. She knows her Benjamin Moore paint inside and out. Interior Painting no problem. Exterior Painting no problem. Northside Decorating is in the past this new store is beautiful and has excellent speedy service.
