This is a great independently owned and operated health food store, owned by a nutritionist who is highly knowledgable. They also have an incredible reflexologist on staff, named Amon who is also highly knowledgable. I cant recommend ths store enough! Also, excellent range of products, many you cant find anywhere else. they are known for gluten free, but they offer so much more.

All staff very helpful and knowledgeable. If not on shelves will order what you want and call you when it comes in. Most of time your item is in stock. They also give great advice and suggestions. Prices are good. Lots of collateral info available as newsletters, pamphlets or handout sheets. Great place.
