Bad customer services.. I came in around 10am in the morning and I had to stand by the counter for 10 min to finally having someone acknowledge me. I told them I need just a sheet of color brochure done and the Indian guy wasnt very patient and told me its gonna take them one business day to print.. really? just one sheet? I went across to Office Max and it only took them 5 mins to print it.

Internet speed is barely usable. If you want people use it, why make it so slow and so unenjoyable? Dropped a file to print and paid for, and the customer service saw it in the queue, but will just make me wait for 15 more monutes??? Just a click of a button, and I can get the print out on any of the 25 printers there. So slow???

Dont bother with this location. I was told to wait, they would be right with me. Then they proceeded to help the three customers who walked in five minutes after I did while ignoring me. When they finally acknowledged me I was told Id need to wait for them to finish with the customer that had just walked in. Are you serious??!

All I wanted to do was scan something. I asked, the employee(maybe manager) point and stood right where he was to a slew of printers and computers. When I asked again, he shook his head at me and finally came over there and pointed me in the right direction. He was very rude about it. I would recommend avoiding this location.

I just called to find out which shopping center they were in. This is a big corner with various shopping centers. The person that answered seemed irritated and annoyed to have to answer my question. I need to meet a client to take copies of their financial documents. I will be looking for a UPS store instead!

I already had a label paid for, so I went to the store a printed it out. After getting charged over $2 to print a black and white label, they told me a box for my PRE PAID item would be $25. WHAT?

Get a lot of stuff sent front Europe and the UK. Never had a problem here. Never had a problem at any FedEx site. Engineering drawings are printed cheaper and faster than I could do it my self.

The internet connection is horrible its taking me 20 minutes to download one photo. I needed to do this in a hurry. I thought Kinkos FedEx was a good option. I was sorely mistaken.
