Mercury Gryphon

Only moderately stocked for variety but the biggest hardware place in town. Staff was rather rude and locked the front door right in front of me 10 minutes before closing when i was swinging by for one thing i forogot earlier. Had to enter via the contractors entrance at the other side of the building delaying finding the item i was after. Staff was further rude in dealing with me at checkout and waving me out the door. I know what its like to work closing but its not ok to be rude to a customer whos trying to be quick and curteous.

Absolutely terrible service. Managers are lazy or at least the one working today at 2:00, no customer service, will do everything in my power to never shop here again. Do not buy any gas operated products as they do not even stand behind their own warranty. 38 day old lawn mower broke and they told me I would have to pay the manufacturer to fix it. We desperately need more competition for same style services. Absolutely terrible.

Horrible customer service. The workers do not care about their job and it shows how they treat the customers. The only time I do not have a problem in this store is when I can find what I need by myself and do not need to interact with anyone. Buy local where your dollar is appreciated like Cordells or Choo Choo supply.

I went in to your store about two hours ago. I walk around your store for about a half an hour or so. Not the first person spoke to me or ask me if I needed any help until after I had went through the self check out and was on my way the door. The employees I did see were standing around talking to each other.

Waited at the front door near the contractors desk for over an hour for a forklift operator to load two pallets of laminate flooring on my trailer. Wondering ...... do they really only have one forklift operator? Thanks Ritchie for saving the day....

Very poor. No assistance and couldnt get any they were out to lunch in electrical Dept. Costumer service page some one but than she stated kidding around with whoever was on the phone.

Has mostly all items in stock all the time. Any questions!? Ask an associate, all the way from laying down a cement foundation to the shingles on top of roof. They will help you.
