Bad customer service , I work in this Plaza and there has been several times where I have went into this store and the customer service is just poor . I had a return and the cashier processed everything but did not give me back my money. I went back in the store after I realized they did not give me the money and when I went back the cashiers response was well the register was not working . Like what type of customer service is that ...........
