It never fails anytime I go in the Home Depot it is a bad experience. Whether its dealing with the rude gentlemen at the tool rental or in the lumber department they are are all older bitter gentleman. Went there today to get an estimate on the materials needed to build a deck the older man told me it was a strenuous process and basically tried talk me out of needing it. Then he proceeds to give me a rough estimate using his phone and scratch paper that was completely wrong. Little do he know I had it done by home depot and my estimate was around $1,300. He gives me an estimate of 10 to $15,000 which was completely ridiculous expecially since, I had it done before just lost the paperwork. Should have went to Lowes first. I always tried to give Home Depot a chance, because they are close to where I live but they find a way to mess it up. Normal day at Home Depot not shocking.

This store epitomizes what service should be. Upon entering and as you walk through the store - you are asked multiple times if there is anything the clerk can do to help. They do not hound but rather make themselves very available. IF they personally do not know the answer - they will find someone who does. There is always ample staff to help and they are very visible. Rarely do you ever have to look for someone and usually if you do they are helping someone else. I highly recommend this store if you are doing anything in your home and could potentially need help. In addition the prices are very competitive with other box store chains.

The Home Depot staff at this location are very kind and helpful. They all are very knowledgeable about the areas they work in and if they dont know something they find out for you right away. The prices are a tad bit high on some items but its well worth the extra buck for the service and quality. Another awesome service is their tool rental shop. I was able to snake my entire house in three hours for about $20. Saving me at least a hundred or more dollars in plumbing service expenses. Lowes or ACE Hardware do not offer that service.

I am at the Home Depot on Brice Rd and the workers that are in the tool rental dept are very unprofessional Becky and Billy has no clue he was helping me and then just walkes away I have been standing in this line for 45 minutes and then the lady tells me I still have to wait after she takes care of the other customers I am calling Customer service and closing my account and will never return to another home depot 12:38 Saturday July 15, 2017

Bad service, 4 employees appeared to be not willing to help or not knowledge enough to help me find a double sided tape. The first two employees sent me to the wrong area, the third said I needed to ask someone else. The fourth employee rather got into a communication from another colleague with a customer instead of asking me what I needed. I left the store without the tape. It was not the first time this happened. Probably wont go back.

I placed a special order for pickup at this location. It arrived at the store via UPS, and for almost 2 weeks... no one could find it. After my 4th visit to try to pickup this item, someone finally found it in the back in a random box.... and part of my order was left out. Now, I have to wait another 2 weeks, and probably something else will be wrong. This store is super unorganized and unprofessional.

These guys charged me for a pack of base boards and only remembered to load one on my truck, then they loaded a dirty, door without protective packaging that got damaged during transport and then refused to take it back refund my money for the base boards that I didnt get...awful and rude sales people here!!

I wish the Home Depot would spend a few more dollars on staff that are proficient and knowledgeable in the department they work in. I am tired of asking for a part, tool or accessory that no one knows about. Sometimes it is a self serve, best of luck store. I would rate experience 2.5 stars...

Horrible customer service experience, was very condesending and disrespectful to my grandfather, and has been with multiple times. Will be shopping at any other hardware store than this. It has been just a nasty experience, and am disappointed in how they treated my grandfather.

Waited for help from an employee while they were with another customer, and he still walked off after helping the other customer and just left us standing in the aisle... Doesnt say a lot about the store, but what kind of attitudes they allow their employees to have..

I came in to get some paint here, and the staff was Surly and uncooperative. It took me 10 minutes to get someone to mix my paint for me. The building was not busy in any way. They seemed like all they were concerned about was getting their stock.

"Dave" helped me look for dusk-to-dawn coach lites in Electrical dept. Finding none in Stock (?)! He showed me the online available models which I like. My home WiFi us busted so Ill bring wife to store and order online. Way to go, Dave!

Tool Rental Call before going to rent a piece of equipment and thats clerk failed to tell me over the phone that the tool was out of service after driving 50 mile round trip . Make sure you ask him if the equipment is working before you go

The staff are friendly and helpful. The anti-theft systems are obnoxious and treat customers as nothing more than potential criminals. For that reason I will shop elsewhere.
