I had an order for a customer that needed to be done in a two-day period of time, and I ran out of oils. I Googled fragrances for soaps and came up with the Flaming candle. I went to their website and checked out their items, and found exactly what I needed. I placed a phone call to the company and the customer service girl whose name is Brandy helped me out so much, she went above and beyond. So my order was placed an expedited and I received it quickly and was able to get my customers order finished in time. I plan on ordering again from them, they have a lot of things that I need, and at really great prices. The fragrance oils are of high quality, and very fragrant. I wasnt disappointed at all. Nor will you be.

I recently ordered 10 lbs of Paraffin Wax, 10 yards of Braided Wick and 80 Diamond Dye Chips. My order was lost in the mail and Hannah was so helpful. I did receive my order and Im so happy with the products. The wax is a perfect translucent white and melted with the dye chips seamlessly. So far I have made one candle and it is pretty and burning evenly. This is the best Paraffin Wax I have found online. Good price, great products and excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff, a surprisingly large inventory selection and shelves and shelves of candle scents to sample. Prices are very competitive with Internet stores (better than many) and, you can see the items in person and save shipping costs. Right off Hwy 278 NE (Jimmy Campbell Parkway) at Seaboard Drive/Old Villa Rica Road in Dallas. Our particular candle wax/wick combination burns a bit sooty or Id give them the full 5 stars.
