I was looking online for a Cricut Explore Air One and saw that this particular JoAnns had them in stock and on sale. I figured it wouldnt hurt to try looking at my local store first but they didnt have any. They looked at nearby inventory and told me that the Salem Avenue location had nine in stock so I gave them a call to confirm. The young woman I spoke with informed me (after a lengthy hold to "check") that they had multiple in stock and I started my drive to that store. When I asked her to confirm the sale price she was able to but then immediately followed it up with, "But actually Im not sure we do have any in stock." despite having just gone and checked to confirm. I then spoke to one of the managers who assured me they did have three in stock and asked me to hold while he brought it up front for me and remained on hold for the duration of my drive (30 minutes). When I got to the store I was told they in fact did not have any and I was out of luck as there was nothing they could do to make it right. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will just stick with Michaels from now on.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable for things that are on sale. Hint: almost everything appears to be on sale. Their fabric selection is great, as is their selection of sewing materials. Also, they have free wifi, which is great when you are checking pictures to color match, or compare patterns

My only complaint is that I ran out of time. A little unused to Red tag fabric being scattered all over the store, but the staff were such sweethearts it made up for that.

If an item is on sale you cant use your coupon to get discount off the regular price! People should be able to choose! Unhappy with this and priced too expensive!
