Discourteous and unhelpful. I asked one of the grim ladies at the fabrics desk if they had any dino prints in a thicker material. She told me to look where the thicker fabrics are. So she told me to go look for myself. When I went to pay for my product, I stood in line for 10 minutes while the cashier argued with another employee 15 feet away about register paper. She said she didnt have any. The other insisted that she should. The former insisted that she didnt. She even looked in the boxes! But she does, she just wasnt looking. Turns out, we all had to accept the fact that she didnt and waited for someone to bring her some. When they finally get to me, the power goes out. So I waited while they called their manager to see what can be done. Only to have them tell me that I cant pay for it with a check and I have to wait to come back when the power is back. Thank you employees of Joanns. Youve made craft shopping cringe-worthy. I will stick with ordering from Amazon next time, at least they give you suggestions when you are looking for something.

This place is hit or miss. You have to accept the good with the bad. I like the selection and the products. The employees are friendly and I get coupons texted weekly that are pretty good deals. Just dont go in if you are in a hurry. If I try to go at lunch I know I will be late getting back. You have to wait because you can never find someone to help you cut fabric. Also, there is never anyone at the register. Theres a button to push to page a cashier but they usually seem annoyed if you do it. They always seem to be having trouble with the register. One time I was charged twice because of that and it wasnt a small amount. The cashier insisted that it was fine and then I checked my bank account and had to print it out to prove it, go back to get it straightened out. It was such a hassle.

The lady at the fabric counter wasnt rude but wasnt friendly either. The cashier acted rude, didnt even greet us. She handed me my receipt that she cut apart for some reason. No thank you, have a nice day or anything. She needs a different job. Next time I will drive to Louisville to buy from Jo-Anns!
