The cakes and desserts are awesomely deliciously. I needed a cake for my mothers 70th birthday party. My moms party was an old school 1970s party, so I needed a cake to reflect the 70s era.. Makeba, the owner, did an absolutely outstanding job! She was very patient and creative. She took time with me to help transform my vision into a perfectly designed cake. Her attention to the most minute details was impeccable. Not only was the cake a beautiful "show stopper", but also very moist and delicious. Makeba has a God-given talent for baking and decorating. I was very pleased with her customer service skills, delighful personality, and of course the cake. She actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cakes and Desserts Cafe to fulfill your dessert needs. You will be very glad that you did.

Cakes & Desserts Cafe is a Gods send!! I called two days before my daughters 25th birthday party, not realizing that I should have called weeks in advance!! When Makeba said that she would be able to have the cake ready I was So Relieved!! I sent her some pictures of my ideas, we discussed different concepts, she explained a little about the cake business (LOL), and with the utmost patience I must add!! When I went to pick up the cake, I was amazed, it was so beautiful, as someone stated in another review - I hated to cut it!! My daughter & everyone else loved it!! Cakes & Desserts Cafe definitely saved the day for my daughters party!!

I met Makeba through a referral. Cakes and Desserts Cafe created a beautiful custom white chocolate wedding cake for us. It looked incredible and tasted equally delicious. The cake was absolutely amazing to look at complete with brooches and carnations. The cake was blinged out yet very elegant looking. It was delivered as expected and Makeba was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this cafe for your event or sweet tooth.

I stopped in here for something sweet to go. I got an Oreo Cupcake to go. The employee put it in a bag for. I started to eat it in the car. To my surprise the cupcake decoration which was an Oreo cookie was soggy and wish and just fell apart when I tried to bite it in the buttercream icing was not that good.

I like the selection of desserts. Especially the chocolate cupcakes...... Ay mi dios! Chocolate cupcakes from Cakes and Desserts is the best. I highly recommend it.
