I had friends visiting from out of town. We decided to go to the mall and get ice cream. Since cold stone happened to be one of my favorites I took them there. Approaching the store at 8:45 I noticed the gate down. I know they close at 9pm so I asked the girl Maribel what time they closed. She asked me what time it was, I said 8:45 and so she said 8:45! Being that I knew she was getting smart I asked for the manager, she said oh its him.., pointing to Jose who refused to even come over and talk or explain why they closed early. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERENCE EVER Never going back

I ordered some cream with chocolate and coconut. The coconut was so hard it was like little pieces of plastic. When I asked for a new ice cream without the coconut the server told me I would have to purchase a whole new ice cream since I took 3 bites. I left and wont be back.

My favorite ice cream is from cold stone creamery and marble slab, seems like they are disappearing, but the ice cream is amazing, way better than that nasty old brusters. Love it, nice big portion sizes and the money is worth it! :)

The entire staff was very nice except for the red headed curly girl she definitely needs to fix her attitude. I thanked her for my ice cream and she couldnt even say thank you. She was so unpleasant.
