The service is horrible here. I asked if my son could mix flavors and was told I could only do this if he gets two scoops. Im not sure whats so hard about making two half of scoops to make one. Secondly, my son dropped his cup of ice cream while she was making mine and her response was "the policy is, if someone drops their ice cream they have to pay for the first one but can pay half price on the next one". Someone should reconsider the "policies" because they lost $10 trying to save $2.00.

The whole time I was being served by the young white boy he acted as if he would rather be anywhere else and didnt care at all, didnt even greet me when I entered, he even yawned a few times while talking to me. I tried to come back again on a Saturday but I got there and it was closed, why say youre open until 10 and be closed at 9.

Great ice cream. Chick has a poor attitude. Shes had a poor attitude every time I come. She cant seem to learn how to stir the ice cream either. When I get a carvelanche I want my toppings mixed with my ice cream. Not chunked together. Brusters it is because Im not going there as long as she works there.

Great place. And if they say its policy then its policy. There are rules and regulations for a reason. Open your own ice cream shop if you have an issue with theirs. - you guys have the best ice cream and always have. A great attitude when my daughter and I come. Thanks.

They are supposed to be open until 10 but they decided to close early because the girl said she was pregnant and tired. She said that because she is 20 weeks the hours will vary depending on how she feels. Bad business if you dont want to work find someone who will.

I will bypass a Brusters and Dairy Queen to get to a Carvel. Coming from up north I am so glad Carvel is in the south :) Childhood ice cream. Soft chocolate on a cake cone with rainbow sprinkles

Arrived at 7:20 pm. Neon open sign illuminated. Handwritten signed taped to the door says "will be back @ 5:00 pm. Door locked. No one answered the phone.

Ice cream was good but the attitude of the white girl (ginger) was horrible. She didnt even greet us or smile. Who hires these kinds of people.

They are so helpful and nice. And the ice cream is good.
