was in to purchase wine, asked them if they could stock my favorite Rum, they took my name and number and never called me back. When I called back I got a manager who was full of lines like its hard to keep up with all the requests etc. When I told him they said they volunteered to check it out he still have excuses. He hung up on me when I told him they must not want my business. I simply cant believe how rude some people in the retail business can be to customers.

Its not just the beer thats cold as ice. The clerk, a fellow from South Asia, did not respond to a friendly hello by myself and my wife when entering, did not speak except to ask for the money, and had a hateful scowl on the entire time we were there. We didnt bother him, we bought expensive Vodka which they make a nice profit on, the guy was just not cut out for a retail job. Might pass muster where hes from, but not with me. Ill shop elsewhere.

Honestly, I dont see how this place is getting such bad reviews. As a big time wine and bourbon fanatic, I find that this place has an excellent selection of everything. There is always someone on the floor who has recommended some great stuff. I have even found a bottle of wine that I havent been able to find anywhere. After years of living in Hickory Flat and dealing with Uncle Jacks, I find this place to be a rather refreshing change.

Ive been here numerous times now, and for some leaving negative reviews its obvious what your really about, complaining about store size and not being profitable. I personally buy my Basil Hayden here simply because its 9 bucks cheaper than the other stores in my area. Also yes the "overseas guy" as mentioned by some jackwagon, has helped me plenty of times with scotch and bourbon selection. Only place I go and recommend.

Consumer Wise

Shady employees from overseas somewhere that cheat you and practice unethical business practices. Products are overpriced and dusty. Stay Away and Avoid at all Costs!!!! Extremely unprofessional conversation at check out...(political jargon supporting antiAmerican patriotism) Store is way to big to be profitable and so they jip you for it. WILL NEVER SET FOOT ON PROPERTY AGAIN

The staff is extremely rude & abrasive, that is if they talk to you at all. The selection is OK, but I hate to spend money anywhere that treats its customers poorly. Theres a much better store 2 miles down the road. Save yourself the frustration!!!

Huge selection of spirits. Walkin humidor, very well stocked with lots of choices but was blazing hot inside. Way over recommend temp.
