Its not the store, its one of the pharmacists. I simply wanted his assistance on the dosage of b12 vitamins, as I am slowly transitioning to veganism. This is a very new decision for me so, Im simply trying to get the best advice from people who are qualified. There is an Indian pharmacist who at first seemed nice. Once he heard my question about dosage for b12 supplements, he subtly and quite condescendiny smirked and gave me that sly "oh-poor-dumb-girl" smirk. All the advice given about getting blood work done first was good; however, I didnt need to be spoken to like an idiot. Believe it or not, Im intelligent enough to admit when I dont know know something. However, I dont need someone anyone talking down to me because of it, especially in customer service. My advice: get some customer service coaching. A little empathy goes a long way.

Customer service here is "meh"....... depending upon who is there that day. A foreign man that works there has the manners of a bdamn doornail......Sometimes they do not want to honor even their own sales that they have in the store.... Eventhough this Walgreens is right up the street from my house, I think I will find somewhere else to shop from now on..... this location is not worth my time or money
