No need for the young african american sales lady to stand at the door just because Its ten minutes til closing talking to her african american co-worker about customers entering the store. Then her co-worker runs to the back of the store to turn off the lights before its even 8pm. Barely answering questions, I acknowledged awareness of the stores closing time and was trying to get done quickly. Sales lady was so obvious with her attitude, not my idea of good customer service, if that even exist anymore.

Love their service, even if I pass thru other beauty shop, I always come to this store, like to bring the money home because its in my neighborhood.
