I CALLED THE STORE BECAUSE I WANTED TO KNOW IF I COULD EXCHANGE MY HAIR COLOR FOR BECAUSE IT WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE STORE MANAGER SHERRY, SHERRI HOWEVER YOU SPELL HER NAME SAID TO ME "I CANT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU". I ONLY CALLED BECAUSE THEIR RETURN POLICY CLEARLY SAYS IF YOURE NOT SATISFIED THEYLL GLADLY HELD YOU FIND SOMETHING ELSE OR REFUND YOU. I WROTE THE HEAD QUARTERS AND REPORTED HER AND THE HONORED MY REQUEST. OVERALL THE STORE IS CLEAN BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS SOME WORK.

My first few trips here were great. A few of the staff members actually like their job and go above and beyond to help their customers. I recently went and purchased new hair dye and a few other items from there. There were three girls at the front who didnt bother to greet us or answer any of my questions about the items I was buying. The permanent hair dye I purchased faded in less than a week of applying it. I definitely will not be wasting my time with this location.

Sometimes they dont have the acrylic products in stock which is a bummer. Some of the associates are really rude to me. Theres a very sweet little lady with rainbow hair who helped me tone my hair down from orange, and to her I will be forever grateful. Everyone there seems knowledgeable but some of these ladies dont want to share a crumb of that knowledge with me. Its a shame because I need supplies and its nice to have associates that want to help.

Good selection of products, but the prices are a little high for some of their products. This particular store is near a Walmart and an Ulta, and unless I need something very specific, I will usually choose one of those other stores as Sally has not done a lot to be competitive (especially since the ULTA came in...) That being said, if you need more specialized beauty supplies, Sally would be a good store to check out.

Terrible customer service. I was in there nearly 20 minutes and no one greeted me nor did they ask me if I needed assistance. Thats strange when i was the only customer in the store at the time. But this isnt the first time this occurred. Oh and there was two employees there chatting the whole time.

Nice, neat, clean store. Friendly atmosphere. Workers are very helpful. Can find almost everything I need all the time. They seem to work hard to stay up-to-date and stocked at all times.

Went here and asked a clerk what dye went best with which conditioner and she responded "I cant give you two years of beauty school advice". I was appalled. Never going back.
