I love Sephora...its my favorite makeup store!!! At this particular location, the makeup artists dont seem to be knowledgeable. I had a "makeup artist" do my brows two shades lighter than my actual brows and seemed baffled when I told her it was too light. I guess you cant expect much from a Sephora in such a small town. They also seem to be out of stock on almost every makeup brush; everytime I go there that section is empty. Other than that its makeup heaven.

I shopped in the store today, 3/29, around 5pm and got no service. The store was ok and there was ok staffing but no one helped me. I was looking for something specific walked around the store twice and finally found one thing. I did another circuit and never found what I was searching for so checked out. Even my cashier was lackadaisical. I am not going to hunt someone down for help especially if there is enough staff, sad.

SEPHORA is amazing! I love this location as well as JCpennys Location. KENDRA is the absolute best! Theres nothing negative to say about this store. I love coming in here and sampling different products! YOU CAN GET FREE PERFUME SAMPLES AND FOUNDATION SAMPLES HERE TO TRY. WHO WOULDNT LOVE THAT!

Just a pet peeve I have with the Sephora inside JCPenney stores, the fact that they dont price match Sephora. I had to pay three dollars more on an identical product because my gift card restricts me to shop here. Definitely learned my lesson.

I love sephora !! Ive been shopping there for about 2 years and they are always friendly and extremely helpful, especially Megan ..shes done my makeup once and helped me in finding a foundation and concealer that I love !!
