Walking into Ulta, I was on a mission to grab some hair care products, after going to an "upscale salon" salon in Pinellas County that came with awful results in a color and cut. I asked a hair stylist in the salon to please help direct me. She sat me in her chair and went over what she saw and how we could remedy it...I totally did not expect immediate service for correction, I was actually shocked. So, I have a new haircut, triple color added (beautiful) high and low lights that worked the botched job out, being sensitive and without over processing...I am returning to "bring it up a notch" with DEVENY in about 5 weeks! Hubby approved...and looks healthy! Deveny gave me pointers on my day to day hair care (or lack thereof). While in my chair I was asking about the Ulta promo... $10 for 10 minute facial. ETHEL got permission to grab me out of Devenys chair and did the facial. I went in down and out (and though I am "low maintenance" healthy hair and skin cant be denied)...I walked out OF A RETAIL STORE feeling like I had gone to a Spa! I highly recommend Deveny and Ethel. It was a fun and totally "girlie" experience. I look forward to seeing them both again...sigh, I think I have found a trustworthy, professional and energy giving stylist!

I was through with Ulta after being told by the Clearwater store that the item I was in search of would be in stock on a certain day and was not. The Ulta app leaves much to be desired as it is often wrong regarding the availabilty of products. I am a platinum member at Ulta and vib rouge at Sephora; I spend a lot of money. I came across this new Ulta location and thought Id give it a try as I still had unused rewards. They did have the item I was looking for; that was great. The customer service however, was not! As I was checking out my daughter was looking at some items in the impulse aisle. One of the items was broken and leaked all over my daughter and on the floor. The associate merely handed my daughter a small paper towel so she could clean it up. Afterward, my daughter was trying to hand her the wet towel and she was ignored. We left the store with the nasty towel. Seriously, call an associate to clean up your defective products. Teach that sales associate some etiquette and common sense!

Called for customer service to ask if they carried a specific product # of bareMinerals. Woman ansered phone, said she would check, put me on hold for 16 minutes . I hung up, called back, said I was just holding for 16 min awaiting answer, woman said "well mam, i wasnt the one who answered your call, what do you need?" I said 1st, would be nice if you said "Im sorry that happened to you". She responded, " I said, how can I help you". I asked again about product, put on a brief hold & she came back saying " we dont have it". Again, no apology. I asked her who was her manager and she said SHE WAS. I told her I was suprised because her customer service was terrible. She replied, " I ASSUMED you thought I meant that(im sorry) by saying how can I help you." YOU ASSUMED? If thats your level of management, I definitely will NOT be shopping in your store. You would think retailers would WANT you to have a good customer experience to come in and shop rather then online. I sure didnt Ulta!

Hopeful that the terrific service I received on my 2 recent visits to this new location continue. Often when a new business/location crops up it is wonderful at first and then the newness fades and service become mediocre. Sure hope this will not be the case. Michelle was extremely knowledgeable about suggesting products, applying them and listening to what my needs were. Went back 2 weeks later to try out the salon and Natalia was super! Got a microdermabrasion that equals the service I have had at my dermatologist and better than many estheticians. I will be back. Their rewards program is a winner and make sure you take advantage of the coupons. Good luck in your Seminole location!

I drove down there to get a sample of a product Ive been wanting to try, and after waiting and looking around for someone to help me I find out that they dont give samples!!!!!!!! Are you f**king kidding me, how can you have a makeup store that cant give you a sample of the product to try out, how do I know it wont break me out. Like what the f**k, I just find this to be the most unbelievable thing. I honestly cant get over it, not to mention finding someone to help you was nearly impossible and employees were not in any type of uniform. Wont ever shop there purely based on the fact that they dont give out samples for a product, its just f**king ridiculous!!!

I went in to the Seminole location to get a bang cut and layer, I showed Randi the photo I wanted to go by.. she took her time to make it perfect! Afterwards my cut looked exactly like the photo! I had compliments before I left my chair from other customers. Since then Ive been getting nothing but compliments on this nice change. I highly recommend her. I already told my whole family. If you are unsure of where to go and cautious of who touches your hair (like I am), go in without ease. She will take care of you.

Ive been to this location a few times, customer service was always on point. They have always been there to help without hovering around me. Today, my mother and I went and Dwight was so very refreshingly helpful and knowledgable. He must have helped me out on at least 4 products I had been interested in and made my shopping experience a breeze. Thank You !!! <3

This location has nice people working here. My complaint is the online store. I have had issues every time with my shipments. The containers being opened and the boxes looked squished. If you want to make sure your products arent tampered with, your going to have to go to the store and check the products yourself.

Had my hair cut by Melissa. She was very nice & welcoming. Made sure i was satisfied before i left. She was great, and my cut is great. She wasnt scissor happy like some other stylist are.

Save your money and frustration level and go to SEPHORA- I sure will. Most staff look and act white trash, there is no customer service to speak of. I have never seen anything like it!!!
