I dont normally do this but I wanted to share my experience at LUSH. I went into the store having no clue what their product is like nor actually know what I wanted. I just knew that I wanted something different on my skin, that made it feel healthy. I am new to this organic, hand made, fresh products but I am so impressed! They know how to brand with fun names for each product along with ingredients that are known to the purchaser. Not only was I impressed with the product but the people that work in the store! They are completely knowledgeable about each product, but also super friendly. They listen to what you want and show you how to use and advise you. I didnt feel pressured to buy and they were completely ready to show me everything they had in the store/ how to use it with no hesitatation. Im not a high maintenence customer and I dont expect the red carpet to be rolled out but when you get service like this then you feel obligated to share the news! Im for sure coming to LUSH for all my needs.

I just left this mall for the second time and they are amazing. Every year I come to Columbus for the Dublin irish festival and go to this lush store. The employee that helped me this time was soo nice and very helpful. She helped me sample and choose different products and showed me some new ones I didnt know about. They didnt have the one product I came in specifically for but I still left happy with the next best thing and a few more things.

The girls in this store are great! So nice and helpful! Also, they are always willing to give you samples of products that youre interested in! The customer service keeps me coming back. Lush products are wonderful too!
