Im an anonymous shopper. Friday on April 14th, I went to RagOrama. There was a young lady named Yana.Yana directed me to my dressing room. A few seconds later she quickly unlocked the door with the key and my whole womanhood was exposed because the door was wide open. I did not appreciate that. MANNERS will take you very far in life. You are supposed to KNOCK on any door before you OPEN it. I told the manager Yana claimed she didnt know I was in there but never apologized . Not to mention the security guard in there is extremely aggressive . I witnessed and heard him loudly say he was going to lock a customer up while I was shopping. I no longer wanted to shop. My mission was to leave. Peace and peaceful settings are very important to me. Etiquette NEEDS to be taught at RagORama in Little Five Points. I will not be returning. Extremely bad and uncomfortable energy . Bad business.

This store is great to go to for affordable clothes you could find in retail stores. It is very organized, every piece of clothing organized by size and type. if you have never been there be warned its a very fancy thrift store so i would check the clothes before you buy them and wash them before you wear them but try them on also. Although, One thing I did not like about this store was the service. Not only did i feel judged by the customers but i felt judged and inferior to the workers. Overall Im happy about the clothes I bought but I did not like the atmosphere the workers and customers created.

I really use to like going to Rag-O-Rama L5P, but over the past 3 years the stuff they are selling has more holes and stains and they are selling it a little more than its worth. When ever I go, its a hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes they have really nice people, and sometimes really grumpy people. Ive taken my clothes that Im getting rid of a few times, and they take a little here or there. I also dont find as much stuff to trade as I do other places. It really depends on what youre looking for. They have some neat one of a kind things, but overall I see stains and holes.

Its funny when you read the "how we work" policy it states, " we but vintage and classic items" I took items that clearly werent cheap and was told its not in style but yet I brought the same clothes a week later and they bought them lol. This place is so backwards. How it really works is, it depends on who is looking at your clothes. As I browsed the store I noticed more than half the stuff they had, had more holes, stains, scuffs, rips etc then anything a brought in. Dont waste your time at this crappy business

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! They have many parking spots labeled "rag-o-Rama parking" with bright YELLOW paint, so I park and go into the store and consigned some clothes and shop and when I come out there is a boot on my car!!!!! $75.00!!!!! and everyone who works at the store looks like a deer in headlights, like they have no clue at all !!!!! DONT SHOP THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a really awesome, thick peacoat jacket from here for only $22. I was visiting GA from out of state, so you know I would only make the sacrifice of having to trek the coat back through airport security, if this jacket was worth it, and it was! Its gorgeous! It will make a very nice addition to my winter wardrobe when I travel to very cold climates.

Obnoxious rude hipster staff who are too cool to do their job and pricey used clothing. Certain you can find quality used items their since they scrutinize what is brought in more so than other used clothing stores, but most of it is just Wet Seal resold at the same price. Id be a fool to purchase somebodies used clothing for upwards of $35, sorry.

Some things are a little over priced but I loooove this store. Staff can be snobby sometimes but theres quite a few friendly faces here. Huge selection of clothing with racks that are never empty, lots of cute jewelry and shoes. I always make sure I stop in here when I come to LFP and Im never disappointed.

They should really list the times they stop buying.. After waiting around for someone to help me before 7:30 they then tell me they stopped buying at 7:30.. ..then they have Charlotte Russe shoes priced at $40!! They arent even that expensive new! You do find good stuff sometimes tho

Way better selection and vibe than the one in Sandy Springs. The stuff they buy flies off the shelves instead of collecting dust for months. Thrift stores thrive when the variety of clothing available is as diverse as the people that go there to shop. Forever a favorite.

I buy a large portion of my clothes second hand (college student budget, you know), and I always find great options here. I also have traded clothes, and the process was super smooth. I go on a semi-regular basis and the sales are always great!

Hands down my favorite thrift store because of how organized the selection is. There is nothing that I hate more than sifting through a "heap of ugly" to find a cute shirt. The prices, of course, could be better but Ill pay if its cute enough!

Everytime we go in, we walk out with fun options - both for costume and just for everyday casual clothes. Everything is hit or miss, but that is EXACTLY what thrifting means; just more awesome to do it here because the options are curated...

As usual the poor customer service Ive come to expect from over inked over pierced hipster staff too cool to open another register to check me out. I had to wait 15 minutes to buy a belt. Of course as Im leaving another register opens.

Great place and amazing vibe. One of my favorite places to shop for clothes in Atlanta. RAG-O-RAMA is located at little 5 points a very alternative, Hipster neighborhood of atlanta. The products are like new and with a great price.

My teen daughter does not like shopping, but she loved this place. She was able to find several items at great prices, that fit her style. I would shop there for myself as well, but this trip was specifically for her.

Reasonable prices on clothes. They dont accept things that are too worn or that just shouldnt be sold. They give decent prices on your items they buy from you. I always love seeing the new things that come in.

Dont waste your time trying to sell your clothes here. Ive gone a number of times and they never buy any (some things still had the tags). Also, thier selection is extremely over priced to be a thift store.

Only place I shop for jeans and real Denim. Most retail store have a stretch denim that rips up easily. At Rag, you can find just about any exclusive denim, thats been gently used without the High Price

Prices are a bit high for a thrift store but the selection is good and Ive been happy with the several purchases Ive made there so far + they have quality changing rooms which was a nice surprise
