OK. Heres the deal. Another Pep Boys (who shall remain nameless) did some A/C work on our car last May. After a few tries things seemed to be ok until, for the 4th time, the compressor went bad. We moved to a new area for us, Canton. We took the car into Pep Boys on Cobb Parkway N in Acworth and Jeff, the store manager, went to work for us. The replaced everything under the extended warranty plan. Although we had to take it back a few times (this is a 2003 honda accord ex v6), the a/c was finally fix and blowing cold. On this particular model of car, we found out that once the compressor goes its called "black death". All of the components need to be be cleaned or replaced (google it). So now the a/c is working great but we had and issue with a hose on the radiator being over tightened which resulted in a new radiator being installed by honda. Heres the good news about dealing with Jeff. Pep Boys is paying for it. Jeff was from day one, professional, courteous, reliable, and honest. If he wasnt sure or didnt know, he found out. Although the mechanic did his best, the project was just a difficult situation. Jeff didnt let us down and came through with a solution that was satisfactory and amicable. Forgotten Paws

I went to the Acworth location for an oil change and a tire rotation. Due to previous experiences at other places I marked my tires. While they were doing these tasks I lingered and watch to the window. I walked away for approximately three minutes during which they claim they rotated my tires. After discussion with the service manager, and a complaint to the corporate office nothing has been resolved and Ive never been contacted. I paid for a tire rotation and my front right tire which I marked, is still on the front right of my car. Do not use this location or Pep Boys at all. We have a couple of other vehicles for our organization which they will never touch.

My truck was broke down I didnt know where I was at I knew always in Acworth but other than that did not know the area I called my insurance company and they sent me to another repair shop that was close on a Sunday at 5:40 in the afternoon notice at this store was open till 6 on a Sunday called and was able to get my truck towed the extra mile there the manager took care of me completely I would recommend this place to anyone they are super sweet and everybody was shut down they were closing up and he still took me in and fix my car so I could get on the road and get home with my two little ones awesome awesome store I cant say enough good things about them

Richard!!! Richard at this location is an Angel! He went above and beyond doing tons of research for very specific parts that were so hard to find and continued to utilize every possibility until he found us exactly what we needed! Richard would NOT give up until he knew we were going to be completely taking care of! I am so greatful to have come to this location and have been treated so well by your amazing staff! This place had an absolutely fantastic service! I was in a hurry and came to the store with a need for a quick car inspection during their cram packed busy last hours before closing... An employee named Jeff, like a knight in shining armor, came to my aid and with the help of an employee named Sean (or shaun/shawn you get the idea) they got the job done and got it done right! Everyone was friendly, professional, and worked hard so I will definitely be coming back.

This place is a joke!! Went in for a oil change and come out with check engine light on. WTF!!! Really!! And being told didnt have anything to do with anything they did. My car didnt go in that way!!!! Last time I take my cars there!! And I will be telling everyone NOT to go there!! Also will be posting daily until I get my car fixed!!!

Dont bother making an appointment it doesnt matter to them. They confirmed appointment online and then we called. Went in there and they say they over booked 3 appointments and they didnt know why we scheduled an appointment then told me it would be over 4 hours. Really!!!

Had a great customers service experience with the Pep Boys at 3638 Cobb Pkwy, Acworth, GA. The manager, Frankie, was very helpful as was the customer service rep, James. Price for new brakes was excellent and work was done in a very timely manner. Recommend them highly.

They tried to up sale every chance they had. They charged me for services I denied and expected me to pay for them. They provided us with an expired mail in rebate. I contacted corporate and they havent responded yet. Simply a horrible experience.

Check engine light was on as we were going through town early on a Sunday morning. They fit us in in between a full slate of appointments and did an easier and cheaper repair than what they had prepared us for.

Terrible experience i showed up at 3 pm for and oil change. They close at 6 and i was told sorry we cant take care of you today we are backed up. I would not come here again.
