Stoped in for my husband to get oil change supplys went up to counter and a Ladie Tiee helped me. If you call it that. Instead of helping me find the filters I needed and oil, she directed me to the parts. I was heading back up to counter when another employee. Think his name was mark walked by and noticed I was having trouble he stopped what he was doing and not only found my oil filter but the air filter cabin filter and oil I needed as well . Now that is how a customer should be treated not ordered around like they have been in the store 100 times. Expetually when there was only one other person looking around I. The store. Thank you Mark , we will be back just because of your service

Right down the street from me. Go there when I need auto parts. But they are not reliable on parts. Their computers say they have 1 or 2 in stock, but nobody can ever find them. Happened on more than one occasion. Either their shelving system is messed up or someone doesnt know how the shelving system works. I dont dislike them, I just always have to upgrade and spend more money. So, you figure it out.

Had a $2 online order, got a email saying it was there for pick up, went there they said they didnt have it and sent me to the glenway store so i went there to find out they didnt have it just to go back to this store because the cashier couldnt find it the first time. The manager was great though, cashiers...not so much

They are a little hire on price than Smyths yet the customer service is far more important to me.They have excellent communication and it seems. That all their employees have a ton of knowledge about vehicles.Where the workers at Smyths did not.Highly recommended over Norwood Smyths

The manager at this store was not helpful. Not only did he not know what he was doing he was rude as well. I went to a different store and had a much better experience. I recommend you do not waste your time going to this location.

Auto Zone has great products, prices, and parts. But they are slow. If the store is crowded come back later. They can spend a half hour on a parts customer while you wait to buy some car wax. Clean store though.
