I went there to drop off a prescription I need for school that I have been taking for 8 years now. I have always been able to pick it up using my ID, but when I went to this store they informed me that I had to have a local student ID to prove that I lived near by. I went to pull out my insurance card that had my address on it and the pharmacist completely blew me off. Later I tried to call and I was very polite and patient with them. I called to ask what I should do about the student ID and get information on how to cope with having to stop this medication cold turkey due to this issue. I got transferred at least 10 times, and once I finally got to talk to someone in the pharmacy, the man was very rude to me and wouldnt let me speak. I have NEVER went into a store and had to deal with people that were unprofessional to such an extreme. I left the store feeling terrible. I understand that I might need an ID with my recent address on it but this was the worst store experience I have had in my lifetime. I am definitely never going back to this Walgreens. There was no reason for the pharmacy to be so disrespectful. I was in tears after that phone call.

Doctor called in prescription at 4:00. I called at 5:20 estimated time to completion was 20 min. Called back at 6:30 they said not work had been done wait about 40 mi. Went to the store at 7:15 walked up to the counter. They said it isnt ready yet. Waited 40 min and finally got the prescription at 8:10. Really it takes over 4 hour to fill a prescription. Crazy. A different time i tried to fill a prescription here they told me 20 min I went back in a half an hour and they said they dont carry that prescription in stock and I would have to contact the specialty pharmacy.

I reluctantly went here for the pharmacy since it was nearby. Prices are substantially more than everywhere else to start. They also said the prescription would be ready in 30 minutes, so when I called an hour later the person answering the phone was very rude and told me it still wasnt done yet. Make the extra trip next time.

While waiting in line I asked cashier Kimberly if she was open she point and said go over there at the other register with a line not 30 second later she goes and rings someone else up poor customer service

Pharmacy ALWAYS screws up somehow. Bumbling employees, screwed up records or they just forget about the prescription after its dropped off.......... ALWAYS some kind of problem.
