My mother is very sick with a degenerative back disease. Its very hard to find her pain medicine. I called this pharmacy and many others. Any pharmacy that didnt have them had the consideration to say no. This one says they cant give info over the phone. I told them we lived in Daytona beach and thats a long drive in the car for my sick mother who is out of medicine, is this drive worth it bc she wont make it long. The girl in the pharmacy proceeds to give me the quickest directions and when we arrive there they do NOT have this medicine. Now I understand that u cannot give out stock info of narcotics on the phone but to let a sick elderly women drive there is disgusting. Shame on these people. It isnt illegal to say I wouldnt drive this far or something along those lines. Any pharmacist hiding behind not being able to give info out should no there is a common decency to just say its not worth the trouble. Shame on this store and this company. Ill never give a good recommendation for this company. All the pharmacy reps at the other stores along the way were rude and acted like we should know the info about when the drug comes in. Ill NEVER use overpriced, rude, selfish CVS ever again.

This place is unbelievable they are slow and disrespectful. Dont waste your time with this place. I called ahead to see if they had my prescription. They give me some crap about they dont give information over the phone. Im in terrible pain. I have a burst disc in my lower back and still they treat me like Im some kind of scumbag. I hate CVS and Walgreens they dont care about their patients at all.

Every time I go to this location there information is always wrong. On the front of their door it says that their pharmacy opens at 8am and they really dont open til 9am. Im trying to pick up my daughter asthma medication. They need to update their web site and their store signs

This place is not professional at all They speak over you, they keep calling you after youve requested them to stop And they are Very Rude... Got so bad for me I moved all of my prescriptions out to Walgreens

Wouldnt fill a prescription because I lived on the other side of orlando and not in Sanford. I thought they were joking at first. WTF? This is a national chain right? Dont expect to be treated well here
