The staff is rude, uncaring, completely unprofessional! My daughter went in to refill a prescription and was unable to but that was not what was bad, a female staff worker behind the counter shrugged her shoulders at her and laughed as my daughter cried from withdrawal. I have worked at Jamaica hospital for 18 years and I have never heard of such disrespect for a patient in such a condition. I am filled with anger and will hold them accountable for her actions. The one pharmacist I spoke to acknowledged that she did laugh at my daughter and treated her with such disregard. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will report them to whom ever I can, this should never happen to another person looking for help again.

When I need a prescription, and I tell my doc to call it in to Tru-Valu, they always smile. This is the nicest pharmacy in Central Florida, and I will drive past at least four "chain" pharmacies to get my medicine. A family owned pharmacy in a small town--super cool! Give it a try, you will be glad you did.

Felt like home! Went here with a special order request for my father. Tru Valu went above and beyond to help find what he needed and all of their staff and pharmacists were extremely helpful and friendly. Will never go to big box stores again.

I love this Drug Store. It is Family owned, and run. I will only use Tru-Valu, unless I really have to get something in the middle of the night, at a 24 hr. one. They have everything, you would need, including walkers, anything. : )
