Today is the 2nd & final time going to this business. The 1st time was 2 months ago. They advertise that their apple fritters are great. First visit we were told they ran out and were not going to make any more. Really? It was 9:30 AM! Talking about loosing business! We left and went to the other one completely on the other side of town. They manage to make enough apple fritters and were much more friendly. 50 mile road trip for an apple fritter. It was good. Good enough to try another visit. Second visit today @ 8:30 (Howell) and was told that the "cutter" did not make any apple fritters for the day. Are you kidding me? The 2 young people working behind the counter were apathetic at best. My husband told them this happened last time and that we would never come back to give them business. They could have cared less. Wonder if the owner knows they are killing the business. I would try other doughnut establishments instead of this place. Dont count on the photos or their menu. It is misleading. What we received looked nothing like the photos and the service was awful on so many levels. Will call management during the week so they are informed. Whether or not it will help others in the future remains to be seen. Just a very disappointing experience for something that should be fun!

Extremely upset as my little boy was left disappointed and hungry. He has been wanting colaccis for very long time. Last night we purposely stopped into the store and spoke to an employee in regards to when they have these available. He stated they have them first thing in the morning. So I let him know that I will be stopping by the early in the morning to buy some for my son. He said no problem we open at 5 am. Today I come in extremely early to buy as many as they had for my son and my family and I am told that sorry we didnt have a chance to make any. So as I speak to a manager that is no older than my own child all Im told is sorry we will have to talk to the employee. Needless to say, she was very nice and offered my son a free donut or breakfast sandwich but that does not change the fact that I wasted my time coming to buy a product that was not available when I made sure the day before I spoke to an employee and they guaranteed that it would be there. Thanks for the free donut but my child is not even happy or even took it to school so it goes directly to the trash. And on a side note, when you make breakfast sandwiches please dont always include cheese as many children or adults are unable to eat cheese.

This blows any donut chain out of the park. Seriously. It breaks my inner childs donut-loving heart not to give this place 5 stars...its like 4.5. Minor areas of improvement: the TV monitors/menus were off or not working. As a result, we couldnt easily see the types of donuts easily. The space is so small that there isnt much room for a line to form or for very many tables. Aside from this...the donuts are all made right there. It smells amazing when you walk in. So many unique and traditional styles to choose from. We bought a dozen to take home, asking to get a mix of the most popular flavors. The maple bacon was really great! Service was excellent. Excited that its so close to my house! Definitely coming back. And bringing friends. :) yum.

Ive heard of this place through a coworkers of mines. He usually brings us the fruity pebbles one. I always been curious about this place so I decided to see it for myself. I went on a Monday with my son, and we decided to get a half of dozen. I honestly thought I was going to pay like 20 bucks for this but I was wrong. We ended up paying about $6 and was able to bring home some goodies. My son was a bit disappointed that there was no Nutella flavor one, but he got over it after he seen the chocolate options. We ordered: 2 Fruity pebbles 1 Bavarian cream (delicious) 1 glazed 1 chocolate drizzle 1 Oreo donut. I got home and it was all gone within minutes. I cant wait to go back and try out the other flavors

Greatest donuts in Florida, bar none! Franchise donut chains taste like cardboard compared to these. And a dozen is cheaper, too! You want choice? The mother this morning in line ahead of us kept apologizing for her wide-eyed daughters frustration! If you ask for vanilla cream filled or red velvet, the friendly counter servers respond, "Which kind?" because they have multiple varieties. Plus novelty donuts, giant ones, sticky buns, bacon donuts, grasshoppers, 50-50s, you name it. Their parent store is way out of town, but east Winter Park area residents are thankful they opened a second store here. And only a mile east of Bagel King.

Dont get me wrong the doughnuts were great. But the service made my experience one of the worst Ive had. Ive heard great things about this place but as a first time customer I will never return to this location. The staff was rude and down right nasty. I ordered some castle burgers to give them a try . Mustard was put on my burgers despite me asking them not to put any on. When I told them my order was wrong I was told "cant you just scrape it off" I was astonished and let it go. I then decided to get doughnuts they were rude and unhelpful. They even ended it with a "are you done yet , or is there something else you need"

Hail to the king! I have always been a fan of fresh and good donuts, but the stale and old ones have given my taste buds a bad impression over the years, so I went for a while avoiding donuts. One day someone asked, "You ever tried Donut King?" I said I would give it a shot. So that day came, and I ordered a cinnamon sugar donut and I immediately liked the size. It was bigger than a usual donut and when I bit into it, I melted into my happy place. The sugar and cinnamon mixed with the donut was perfect. The texture was right and the donut itself was not hard or dry. I will be stopping by here more often.

Fabulously Quality and Cheap! Good Job! We ordered the jumbo meal which consisted of twelve burgers four fries and four donuts it was $12 and some change . The hamburgers were absolutely terrific just as good as Krystals and White Castle a little bit better. Their french fries were a little spicy but they were good french fries and the Donuts are fresh moist and delicious and comes in so many flavors its hard to choose. Finally somebody knows how to make good food for cheap price. And it is absolutely delicious reminds me of the old American restaurants we used to have that are now fading out.

I would give Donut King TEN STARS if I could...The sugar aroma hits your nose as soon as you open the door. There are so many choices of donuts! They didnt have nutty donuts but thats ok. The people that work there were so friendly. Donut King offers burger sliders too and I am sure they are better than White Castles. The donuts were AMAZING and they are hands down the best damn finest donuts in Florida. I am so happy I found this business because Dunkin Donuts is sooo gross...
