Donuts are amazing!!! The lady working is the sweetest thing ever. The young guy is still friendly too. My only advice is to call ahead and see whats left if its after 11pm since they close at 1pm. Theres days I go at 12:45 and theres still plenty left then days like today I go at noon and am highly disappointed that I ask for a dozen and have to say just give me whats left. After my dozen there was literally 2 jelly filled and 2 Maple bacon donuts left along with some donut holes. I cant blame anyone but myself for waiting so late to go, but disappointed I had to pay full price and didnt get any of my favorites. My fault, but definitely call ahead if your making a long drive.

Ive been a customer of the Rincon location pretty much since they opened and have ALWAYS had a great experience. The owner and staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. The coffee is delicious, and the donuts are the BEST. They are better than those other two chains - you know who I mean - these donuts are made with all the best ingredients and an extra helping of LOVE ❤️ Try the red velvet donuts - you wont be sorry! Additionally, the owner is very community-minded, and quite supportive of the area schools, offering an excellent fundraising program! I wish you the best of luck at the new location!

Im cant wait to see the new shop..Im thinking of coming in the morning. The Donut Shop in Rincon is the best place! I have been spoiled by Jennifer and Tracy over the years. I could walk in, and even when the line would be out of the door, if they saw me, they would make my coffee and bacon cheese croissant without me even having to ask. They would walk it to the back of the line and tell me I could take care of it on my next trip. Its great having someone that treats you like a friend and can remember what you like.The food/coffee is great, but the customer service is the best around.

The new Dunkins down the street could learn from these people, they are friendly and our new only stop for donuts!! The place has the right warm small town feel to it, the staff there greeted us with a heartfelt good morning. We did not get that at Dunkins. They have a very nice selection and a very special hard to find red velvet cake donut that is heaven in the mouth! Also I might add, their bowtie is one of the best I have ever had! Please stop in and support this local gem! Keep up the great work The Donut Shop Team!!!

Amazing and fast service. Even when the line is out the door. Donuts are delicious- apple fritter is the best! So glad to have a local business doing well close to us. Wish you all the best! After only going in 2-3 times, they already treated us like regulars and now ask, "the usual?" when we walk in. Great food which is always consistent is hard enough. Great and friendly service is even harder. But BOTH combined? A winning combination!! No other stops for donuts for us. The Donut Shop or nuthin!

I have been a customer of the donut shop in Rincon for several years. The coffee is the best I have ever had and the donuts are to die for. My personal favorite is the double chocolate. The owners and employees are super friendly. I just visited the new location in Bloomingdale a few days ago and found it just as great as the Rincon one. I will not go anywhere else for donuts and coffee. Try it and neither will you!

The Donut Shop kinda came out of no where, but Im happy to say that I hope theyre there to stay. The donuts are fresh every time I visit, the staff is always friendly, the prices are RIDICULOUSLY generous, the place is always clean, and its just a relaxing environment. Definitely stop by this place if youre up early enough, and try out the glazed honey bun or the apple fritter! So good!

I have been visiting The Donut Shop in Rincon for several years and Im so excited that theyve opened a secondary location in the Pooler area! The competitions donuts and coffee dont come even remotely close to the quality and value that you get. Their bagel sandwiches are a must try and my usual go to for an early morning breakfast with iced coffee. I highly recommend The Donut Shop.

The donut shop is an amazing place to try! The owner is wonderful and works very hard to keep her customers happy! I now live in South Carolina & havent been able to visit as often as Id like! But will be making visits when I come home to Ga. The donuts are made fresh daily, and made with lots of love! Try it, & youll be hooked!!

Donuts are fresh and wonderful. Staff is friendly, Pricing is great, location convenient. The caramel peanut donut, OMG!!! BETTER THAN THEIR FAMOUS RED VELVET! If youre gonna go there, go hungry you will want to try everything they have. I do wish the sausage rolls were made with local sausage instead of store bought links.

After a long drive (all the way from Miami!), I stopped by for a donut and coffee. The donut was fresh, moist, and delicious, and the coffee was the best damn cup of coffee Ive ever had. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and I left feeling energized and positive. All in all, a wonderful experience! A+

This place is awesome and the owners are great! Been going to the shop in Rincon for a LONG time. I am so glad they opened a shop in Bloomingdale right down the road from my office and a couple minutes from my house. The red velvet donuts are my favorite.

Great selection of donuts and excellent customer service. They even have a little spot with toys for the kids to play with while youre ordering. My kids favorite donut is the fruity pebbles donut!

Love love love. I wish they had a filled donut hole or a powered donut hole but no complaints. Their donuts are the BOMB. We get donuts and donut holes and coffee once a week. Staff is amazing!!!

The Peanut caramel cinnamon roll is fabulous! The donuts I special request with peanut butter are amazing!! I have tried several different kinds and have no complaints! Cant find a better donut!

I havent been to the new shop in Bloomingdale but are loyal cuatomers of the shop in rincon. The donuts are amazing and the staff is awesome. My dad loves coming in for coffee when hes in town.
