I normally stop in this store since I live in the area. My purchased cigarettes the other day, when I got home I noticed they gave me 1 pack of the wrong brand, I went back to the store today to get the right brand and return the 1 they gave me, and the guy behind the register looked at me and said we dont exchange tobacco products and kept doing whatever he was doing. I then said I wanted a refund if they could not just give me the right brand, the guy just looks at me and starts shaking his head yes, as in yeah? And?.... I then get upset and ask for the manager, he points at his name tag and says he is the manager. Clearly upset, I then ask for either the right brand or my $ back. He still shakes his head yes in agreement but just keeps looking at me. I get upset and ask for the corporate #. Still waiting or a call back. But what upsets me the most is the lack of customer service, especially from the gm. I will NEVER buy anything from another wawa ever. And I will tell my friends and family and guests at my hotel to never use wawa again either...

While Im still a fan of this chain, this one was not as good as the others that weve been to. The restroom here was messy, which isnt the usual standard for Wawa. Since we didnt want to spend a lot of time searching for food before we headed back home, we decided to order some sandwiches. Id had kind of an off day, so decided to stick with a grilled cheese panini. While it wasnt bad, it was strictly average. The bread didnt have much butter, which is essential to a good grilled cheese, and it wasnt grilled as much as should have been. The cheese (which was a decent amount of cheddar and American) was almost, but not quite, fully melted. I ate half and brought the other half home. It was much better after I fixed it and grilled it to the proper shade of brown and melty goodness. Next time, well go to the one we usually visit on our way out of town.

I go to this Wawa all the time, I absolutely love it! Im writing a review today to highlight their customer service. One of the employees, Jean, was the absolute best Ive ever had at Wawa! He saw me standing in line with a handful of food, and before I even noticed he was there, he took my food from me and opened up the 2nd cash register. He got napkins and free dressing for me, which was phenomenal! He really didnt have to do that but the small talk he made with me really made my day! This man deserves a raise! A++

Never been to this gas station EVER. But this company has no problem taking $99.58 from a combat veterans bank account. Called the store today and the GM states they will work with police but they have NO CAMERAS at the gas pump. Thanks stupid gas station; can I steal your money and not be arrested? Bank USAA states the transaction took place on the 23rd November @0803 am. What kind of vehicle takes $99.58 in gas. Maybe an illegal immigrant most likely. Stay away from this gas station, they allow fraud.

I love this place. Im a annual tourist from the UK and only discovered this in 2014 when having to stop quickly for fuel. Discovered music being played to me whilst I pumped the gas, the staff are very friendly, the premises are immaculate and they have a shop second to none in service stations. I wont use anywhere else when I go back!!

No hash browns or sandwiches at 6 am. There were only 3 people working. When we asked for some hash browns...we were told they werent made. When I tell a store in PA the hash browns are gone, they make them special for the customer. Needs some better management especially in the morning hours.

Horrible experience never going back to this place again. Food came out soggy. Bathrooms were messy. And apparently Im responsible for other peoples trash. Absolutely ridiculous in customer service. Just plain wow.
