My sister in Florida insisted on driving to check out this new Starbucks that is only three weeks old. It is in the Mount Dora-Eustis area, in a shopping mall called The Shoppes at Eustis Village, which is on US Highway 441 North. The Starbucks is easily recognizable and located on the corner so there is also a drive-in window for people who wish to take out. There is also ample parking in front of the entrance, and once inside there was an absolutely beautiful and very spacious Starbucks. There are many tables and a large table opposite the order counter, and there are four comfortable immitation leather chairs to the right of the front door. Since the place was almost empty at 7PM, we took the comfortable chairs up front and enjoyed our drinks. My mother had an iced drink and I had a regular coffee. The thumping "music" from the overhead loudspeakers was not to my taste, but it was not the worst. I imagine that the employees liked this to while away the hours. Nevertheless, I fully expect that when this Starbucks is discovered by the people in the area, it will become a very popular place and one of the best in the greater Orlando area. There are three other Starbucks within four miles, but this one is definitely the most spacious and relaxed.

Im a Starbucks regular, and I appreciated that the barista added a domed lid to contain the extra frap that didnt fit into the cup. Its common practice for most to discard extra mixture down the sink, so Im impressed when they give me ALL I paid for without me asking.

The coffee and items do have the taste youd expect, but weve seen consistent under-fills for the beverages. Also, a few of the girls are incredibly rude. Doesnt seem to be a manager visible to make sure the image/ways of Startbucks are upheld.
