I was at the Publix today looking for the Brownie Brittle, and couldnt find them in the candy isle. One of the Associates named Edgar (stopped what he was doing); eagerly went in search determined to fine them for me (which he did find). Im so thankful for Edgar, because you just dont fine many willing to go above and beyond like this young man! Edgar is a gem and the foods are excellent (especially the fresh meats). Thank you Publix Super Market

The Deli could use more Imported "Protected Designation of Origin" and "AOC" cheeses and deli meats! The BoarsHead products are okay, however, if you can get "Real" Black Forest Ham Imported from Germany and more Deli meats/Cheeses Imported from other countries in the EU that is guaranteed AOC/Protected Designation of Origin. Please bring these products to Publix!

We have shopped at this supermarket for over a decade and it has always been a great experience. The staff is wonderful, always welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The place is always immaculately kept. No complaints from us (it can be expensive but it is helpful to take advantage of the sales, coupons and two for one prices). Would definitely recommend.

3 stars for the rest of publix but 1 star for the Deli. The Deli is the WORST Publix Deli I have ever encountered. Subs take forever, and online ordering isnt usually efficient, either (order my sub for 12:25 pick up and still have to wait until 12:45 and then get the wrong order on top of it, stuff like that). Deli staff is apathetic and unhelpful.

You wont find another Publix in the county with more premier customer service than this one. Everyone is on hand to wait on you at any moment with a smile on their face. The local crowd are very loyal to this store. This is a place where most of the employees know their customers by name.

Bad customer service. We always have problems with them with their BOGO cereals. The computer does not take 1 off and the cashiers do not know how to figure it out. Then, we have to waste time in the customer service desk while they try to figure it out

Its true what they say...shopping at Publix is a pleasure. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. Today one of the cashiers offered to help me unload my cart of groceriesc and the bag boy packed them exactly how I asked.
